First order placed, delayed as hell!! Customer service on chat takes sweet time to get back. And both the times the Customer Care guy reached out to tell me that the restaurant is either closed or has rejected the order. First they charge you. And then take about five working days to return your money. I’ve used it half a dozen times, over half now they’ve cancelled the orders 10 minutes later. So the restaurant accepts the order, they take the money from your bank, then 10 minutes later call to say there’s no delivery guys. Surely they should know that before they accept your order? But then it takes weeks to get your money back! I mentioned my precise address and after waiting for 1.5 hours I contacted them and they inform that driver already delivered the food. I said how come he didn’t call me or handed the food in my hand. When I call driver he said it’s my fault and drop the call. Neither the call center and the rude illiterate driver answered me back and I paid money and till today I did not receive food. The worst and disheartening experience wallahi never go with this company for food. Then the restaurant called me which is the walker and telling me that its not there fault about the wrong order. They said system is not working so the customer service give the order manually. The restaurant told me its not there fault its the customer service fault. Ive been talking to them 1 hr just to fix the issue worth 15 aed still they cannot fix. Its a small amount but i paid for it and i should receive my order correctly. Its not about the amount is about the customer service how fast for them to solve the issue but it was so horrible. I will never use this apps again and i will not recommed.
