Created account using email - worked but the next step (add people to follow) didn’t. First, it crashed the app, then after restart, I got an error message, “Unexpected Error” which I continued to get no matter what I clicked on. Basically locked up the app. Wasted 20 mining of my time - was just lookufor a place to import all my Foodspotting data. **Developer response:** Hi Scott W Williams III, many thanks for you feedback! We are sorry for inconvenience and waste of your time. We are still a new app and we do our best to test it on as many devices and iOS versions as possible. Would you kindly let us know your iPhone and iOS version and we will fix the problem ASAP. ### 2/5 — Where to import Foodspotting? *2018-04-27, version 1.6.0* This app was recommended by Foodspotting, which is going the way of the Dodo Bird. But, I see absolutely no way to import my Foodspotting info, as was suggested. When I try and use the support link it takes me to their main website with no support option. Nice idea. But, it’s not quite ready for prime time. :-( **Developer response:** Hi robertjm! Thank you for contacting us and many thanks for your clear and useful feedback! Regarding import: If you open the app, you will see the “plus” sign. If you click on it, you will see “import from Foodspotting”. Then you have to enter your Foodspotting profile link and click “next”. All your posts will be published in EATELLIA. Today we’ve released a new version of EATELLIA that inlcudes support option! You are welcome to use it and we look forward to more feedback. ### 2/5 — Support Help *2018-04-24, version 1.6.0* Like the app, but need support help. You are welcome to use it and we look forward to more feedback from your side ;) ### 3/5 — Still Needs A Lot Of Work *2018-04-25, version 1.6.0* This app has great potential but, there are definitely some things that need to change. First, I do NOT want my phone blowing up with notifications letting me know someone else has posted a picture. Newsflash, I don’t care if someone else has posted a picture. There needs to be something added to the settings allowing us to choose the type of notifications we want. Second, I tried to post a picture but I couldn’t because the name of the restaurant didn’t come up. If, for some reason, the app doesn’t recognize the name of a restaurant we should be able to add that restaurant. Whoever created this app should’ve known some restaurants may or may not come up. That limits our posts if we can’t add restaurants. The description of the app states we can add pictures of home cooked meals as well. You can’t add those pictures if you can’t add restaurants. Please fix this ASAP! **Developer response:** Hi shaun71! Thank you very much for trying EATELLIA! You are absolutely right: it still needs a lot of work. We would like to ask for your understanding that we are very new app and didn’t expect so many users so quickly:) In the beginning we had so little content we felt we must notify everybody about it. Of course now we see things differently and working hard to change things ASAP. Adding new places is also a work in progress and is almost there!
