## What is EatFlow?

EatFlow counts calories from a photo. Point the camera at your plate — calories and macros are already in your diary.

No endless product lists, no thirty-second searches. Photograph your food and the app works out what's on the plate. Don't feel like aiming a camera? Just say it: "had 200 grams of chicken with rice" — it understands and logs it. Got packaging? Scan the barcode.

LOGGING WITHOUT TYPING
• Photo of a dish — recognises what's in it and how big the portion is
• Voice in 12 languages — say it the way you think it
• Barcodes — powered by Open Food Facts
• Labels — photograph the nutrition panel and EatFlow reads it

A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR NUMBERS
Ask anything about your eating. It reads your diary, your 30-day trends and your goal first — then answers with your actual numbers instead of generic advice. It remembers what you love and what you avoid.
Pick how it talks to you: Mentor — calm and to the point. Critic — direct and demanding. Friend — warm and supportive.

A GOAL YOU CAN SEE
• Daily target and a clear weekly picture at a glance
• Weight and its direction — where you're actually heading
• Smart forecast (Pro) — a metabolism model shows when you'll reach your goal

MODES THAT FIT YOUR LIFE
• Cycle calendar — phases, average length, and your own patterns in how you feel
• GLP-1 companion — log injections with rotating sites, keep history and reminders in one place. The dose calculator turns milligrams in the vial into marks on the syringe. On injection day it reminds you to get enough protein
• Fasting 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 — timer and a streak of days
• Tomorrow's menu and a shopping list in one tap, with 3–6 step recipes

THE SMALL THINGS THAT ADD UP
• Water — glasses, reminders, and the liquid that came with your food
• Vitamins and minerals — iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium as shares of your daily need
• Apple Health — calories burned and weight
• Home screen widgets: calories, water, protein, weight

STRAIGHT TALK ABOUT DATA
No sign-up — there are no accounts here. Your diary lives on your phone. Only what's needed for recognition goes to the server, and the photo is deleted right after the answer. There are no ads inside the app.

EATFLOW PRO
• 30 AI actions a day — photos, voice and questions to the coach
• The best model by default — more accurate on complex dishes
• Deep re-analysis included

Interface in 12 languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese, Romanian.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 7.4 — 2026-09-17

EatFlow — 7.4

• The coach card on Home is one card now: your result, what the coach noticed, the invitation — in blocks, one font
• Coach chat: dictate by voice (hold the mic), attach a photo (hold the camera), a lighter input bar, replies use the full width
• AI Coach is now the first quick action on the app icon
• Resting burn and daily burn: an ⓘ explains what they are; the daily burn switches to your real data once there are enough weigh-ins

### 7.3 — 2026-09-16

EatFlow — 7.3

• The coach now sees your result, not just the plan: if the weight has stalled, it says why (unlogged meals, an overstated watch burn, or a real burn below the formula) and what to change
• Weight from Apple Health now feeds the trend model — smart scales count
• Home: a short verdict on where you stand today instead of a standing “top up protein” note; bolder protein, fat and carbs

### 7.2 — 2026-09-15

EatFlow — 7.2

• Before the store sheet: what happens next — 7 days free, a reminder a day before the first charge, cancel in two taps
• Monthly plan first — the yearly one is a tap away
• A reminder the day before the trial ends
• The streak celebration no longer sells anything — it just celebrates
• Home: coach’s note and your day’s result in one card

### 7.1 — 2026-09-11

EatFlow — 7.1

• The calorie ring on your home screen: one tap after your first meal (iPhone: three steps shown in the app)
• Your streak shows how many days are left to the next milestone
• Log your first meal without a camera — from the database or by voice
• A reminder returns you on day 2 so the diary doesn't stop at one entry
• Setup screens redesigned in the premium volumetric style, more compact

### 7.0 — 2026-09-09

EatFlow — 7.0

• Portion weight is more accurate: LiDAR / ARCore depth now measures the food volume itself
• Ready dishes in the database — pizza, lasagna, salads, soups — with verified nutrition
• Three quick questions in setup: what you don't eat, when it's hardest, how the coach should talk — the coach applies them from the first reply
• The coach comments on your first logged meal
• Better layout on small screens and with large system text, plus fixes
