It’s like not even having to try to moderate how I eat. The app has helped me to eat way less food and enjoy it more . I’ve lost over 30 pounds and can’t recommend this enough.

This app has made me enjoy mindful eating so far and I’m sure I will continue to do so. It’s helping me slow down - something I never thought I could do - and after trying lots of diets to lose weight, this seems like magic.
