The app is poorly designed, unreliable, and completely fails when a delivery issue arises. There is no efficient way to communicate, track what is actually happening, or resolve a problem in real time. For a service operating in Monaco and serving an international clientele, the user experience is shockingly bad. I waited almost two hours for an order that was never received. During that time I was forced to call the restaurant multiple times myself just to get updates. The app provided no useful assistance whatsoever. What was even more disappointing was the customer service afterwards. Instead of focusing on the fact that a paying customer never received their food, the entire discussion became an exercise in shifting responsibility and avoiding accountability. At the end of the day, the result is simple: I paid for food, I never received it, and no satisfactory solution was offered. Poor app, poor customer support, and a very frustrating overall experience.
