### 4/5 — Amazing app! Highly recommend

*2020-06-22, version 1.5.5*

I’ve only had this app for about a week now and I love it! The only thing I would like is if it had an option to write what you ate, otherwise its exactly what I need.

### 4/5 — Fantastic for tracking when I finish eating

*2020-02-05, version 1.5.5*

Amazing app really love it however for some reason in the latest update the edit function on the time you last ate does not work I think it is a bug that will hopefully be fixed in the next update?

### 4/5 — Great app, but I need a way to remove the add!

*2019-08-31, version 1.5.2*

Hi I’ve been using this app for a while and it’s exactly what I needed. Simple and intuitive to use, but the add at the bottom brother me, is there way I can remove it?

Can we also get a widget to use? It would much easier to just swipe down and see time till next meal :)

### 4/5 — No shut off for sleeping

*2019-07-27, version 1.5.2*

I love the idea of this all. My only problem is that there is no option to turn it off for hours that are spent sleeping. I will gladly change my review to 5 stars if this option is added.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2019-06-21, version 1.5.2*

Amazing App!

Issues that need to be fixed:

There is no start and stop time frame. App thinks I should be eating 24/7. Yet the notification have the option to set a start time and end time.

Should be able to link information the the health app with iOS would make this app very useful.

### 5/5 — Gets the job done!

*2019-03-14, version 1.5.2*

Dosent seem to need or want u to upgrade to a paid version! Use this for my Optavia fuelings through out the day. Simple not over complicated or techy. Just s basic reminder app!

I like it! 👍🏻

### 4/5 — Just could use one additional feature

*2019-01-17, version 1.5.2*

Love this app, works very well for me, my only issue is that every time I eat in the morning, it logs that meal as “10 hours passed” or something along those lines, and marks a red dot next to the meal, even though many of those hours were spent sleeping. So my only request for the developers is to add a feature to allow for your “do not disturb” hours not to count towards your meal interval.

### 4/5 — Almost 5 stars

*2019-01-16, version 1.5.2*

The only problem I have with it is it doesn’t stop at the time I tell it to. The notifications do, but it still seems mad I didn’t eat over night. I woke up to the the little red notification “bubble” on the app with an 11.
Other than that great! It reminds me every 3 hours to eat! This has been amazing!

Edit: Also, it puts notification bubble on the app every hour! Not every 3 like I set

### 5/5 — Start the year off right!

*2019-01-07, version 1.5.2*

I was in need of a simplistic app which reminded me when to eat as well as track my eating patterns.

This app has so far met all my needs.

Would love an Apple Watch update!

EDIT

******

App supports apple watch, fantastic!

### 5/5 — Great for Reactive Hypoglycemia

*2018-08-29, version 1.5.2*

I was recently diagnosed with Reactive Hypoglycemia. My doctor told me to eat small meals every 2hours. This app has been extremely helpful keeping me consistent with the timing of my meals. It is way easier than trying to set an alarm every two hours.

### 4/5 — Great app...

*2018-08-01, version 1.5.2*

I love this tool, just wish there was the ability to add what was eaten. Right now I can only see how to modify the time. This is just fifty percent of my problem. Thanks.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Don’t get

*2022-08-14, version 1.5.5*

I usually do not mind ads, but as soon as I down loaded they started. Can not click on the x to get rid of it because way to small. Cannot continue with the so because it is in the way.

### 1/5 — Needs important options

*2017-11-26*

This app is quite good because the idea behind it is good. However I don’t believe anyone will be wanting to wake up every 3-5 hours overnight in order to eat. There needs to be an option to have a “start time” and “end time”

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. On version 1.4.4, I added an option to set time window of notifications on remainder setting page.

### 2/5 — Bad app

*2023-10-02, version 1.5.5*

Let me up in my own times to eat

### 2/5 — Having trouble

*2022-10-28, version 1.5.5*

Do you have technical support? What I want to record is when I start eating and when I’m done for the day, a reverse approach to the fasting mode, this is the eating mode, there are errors that I don’t know what caused them nor am I able to correct the errors.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t have notification when time to eat

*2020-10-07, version 1.5.5*

The main reason I got this app is to notify me when it’s time to eat and it doesn’t. Sure you can turn on notification at random times but not when it’s actually the time to eat.

### 2/5 — Kinda useless other than for keeping a record of when you ate.

*2020-04-04, version 1.5.5*

The time interval between meals setting is very limited-only can choose 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 hr intervals; what if you want 6 or 3.5? It rates every breakfast as “poor” or “not achieved” because of the many hrs in between dinner and breakfast and the rating is based on their predetermined ideal 3hr interval between meals (which I, and most people, don’t prescribe to) but what the heck, the app expects you to get up in the middle of your sleep to eat every few hrs at that same interval even through the night? Everything is limited, from number of meals a day choice to how often you’re notified (the min setting is 3 hrs after last meal, but I don’t need to be notified every 3 hrs that I haven’t eaten, let alone every 30 min or 10 min). And the charts are all pretty useless and only show in military time even if you deselect the 24hr time mode. I wish it had graphs that showed over time what times I was eating my breakfast lunch or dinner.

### 2/5 — Times

*2019-10-11, version 1.5.2*

I’m not understanding how to turn this off overnight!!!

### 3/5 — Like the concept…just not quite there.

*2023-08-14, version 1.5.5*

Been trying four of these side by side. This one has the best baked in metrics (trends) by far. However the meal tracking capture needs some more configuration. You need to be able to explicitly set the number of eating events you are targeting for the day. You can sorta manage that by meal intervals + notification window but that is not fool proof.

Also the reminder notifications are just a set cadence of x minutes, which I suppose should be something that your meal interval is divisible by to get them to line up? Again, wish reminders were more explicit and centered around defined meal events.

In some ways I like this app the best, but these types of configuration options are critical for usability. This sadly may be the first one to go in my test. 🙁

### 4/5 — Ads

*2024-04-07, version 1.5.5*

Any ways to eliminate the ADS

### 4/5 — Almost perfect!

*2022-03-21, version 1.5.5*

I love this app but would love 2 additions! Option for setting intervals to 2.5 hours vs 3 (no half hour notions). And that notifications were set to “before next meal time” example: go off 30 min before the 3 hour alert?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love it - simple and straight to the point

*2025-08-24, version 1.5.5*

Reason why I use this app 3 times a day is because it’s so simple to click one button then leave. Love that it notifies me when i last ate… 1,2 and 3 hours later i get a notification…. Simple and easy. But lately it has been hard to adjust my eat times. I checked to see if maybe i was missing an update but no, that wasn’t it. Hopefully they can make more money to keeps things updated.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2023-01-08, version 1.5.5*

Its great for people like me who forget to eat throughout a busy day

### 5/5 — Turkey noodles

*2022-01-16, version 1.5.5*

Turkey with noodles

### 5/5 — Works great!!!

*2021-05-27, version 1.5.5*

I love that I can adjust the time of my last meal on the fly! Great job!

### 5/5 — Simple effective eating timer

*2021-05-14, version 1.5.5*

No frills app that sets a timer for your next eating time. Simple and effective. Just press the button when you’re done eating and it will remind you when to start again. Love it

### 5/5 — Compatibility

*2020-09-26, version 1.5.5*

I like this app, it simply does what I need it to do. Unfortunately there are compatibility issues I’ve noticed with iPhone 📱. I can’t see the number when I try to set the time 🤷🏿‍♂️

### 5/5 — Number of meals

*2020-08-17, version 1.5.5*

Just what I am looking for... but could use a setting for number of meals per day.

### 5/5 — So simple, yet so perfect!

*2020-08-12, version 1.5.5*

I love this app. My doctor thinks I might have gestational diabetes and this app helps me know when to eat and when to take my blood sugar. I used this app even before being pregnant as it helped me to eat 6 small meals/ snacks a day by reminding me when it was time to eat and keeping me accountable. It’s also really helpful to know how your body responds after so many hours of fasting etc.

### 5/5 — Nice process

*2019-12-07, version 1.5.3*

Before I got this app I was really skinny now when I got the app I put on weight with was good I felt healthy and looked healthy

### 5/5 — Well done!

*2019-12-06, version 1.5.3*

Wonderful app that does exactly what is advertised. Thanks so much. This is very helpful in helping me loose weight and gain a happier life.
