### 1/5 — Logging food items is challenging

*2026-08-14, version 1.7*

I’ve used a couple other food item tracking apps and am using this one right now as it’s recommended for a doctor-supervised program I’m following. I find the food tracking is quite cumbersome as there is a constant need to log every single item separately during a mealtime entry unless it’s the same combo that I’ve had before. Instead of the prompt ‘more’ or add food’ why not just stay in the foods listing until completed? Why not track and display all the individual foods I have tracked before (a personal list) instead of just ten or so? Why have the sub-category lists for all, meals, and individual foods? This app could be more intuitive and follow the individual’s patterns more.

### 5/5 — Excellent product

*2026-06-09, version 1.7*

EatLove is excellent. I find it easy to use, intuitive, and makes the tasks of planning meals, batch-cooking, calorie- and macro-counting, leftovers and shopping very easy. Combined with meal plans supplied by my dietician, over 2 months of regular use I’ve lost 20 lbs and feel great, now that I’m getting the correct nutrition. I recommend it to others looking for a low-stress way to achieve their health goals. Thank you!

### 4/5 — Extremely useful

*2026-01-16, version 1.7*

This is one of the few meal planning apps that works as well as the calorie tracking apps. There’s a lot of features that NOOM or other weight loss apps and diet apps recommend but this one actually works a lot better. I only wish it had more of the recipes and meals that some of the other calorie tracking apps had and I wish I could integrate it with my other health apps like noon does. But this is superior nutrition and meal planning wise in every way possible. I just wish I could integrate my exercise data like some of the other similar apps.

### 5/5 — Where was this all my life?

*2025-05-07, version 1.7*

This app completely changed my cooking and eating habits. I realized I’m not a bad cook- I just didn’t bother to look up different recipes to cook. It has batch cook features so I can meal prep and keeps me on track with my nutrition preferences.

Seriously if this app had a commercial I would offer my testimonial.

### 5/5 — Cynthia Richards, MD, DABOM

*2025-04-15, version 1.7*

I’ve used Eat Love for years with my Wellness practice. It has been invaluable for providing my patients with calorie and macro goals and allowing me to track along with them in one easy to use app. Patients love the convenience of grocery lists and online grocery ordering and pick up.

### 5/5 — Best menu planning so much versatility

*2025-03-29, version 1.3*

Love this platform! Can be sooo specific for diet needs from keto to vegan to calorie limited to high protein. A plan for every need! And even specify cooking skill level, number of ingredients, etc. recipes are easy to follow. And love the nutrition info already calculated. Using as a bariatric patient and vegan and love it! Amazing number of recipes too!

### 5/5 — Highly recommend!

*2025-01-10, version 1.3*

I can’t recommend EatLove enough! I used this service with my family for meal planning initially and now at college. It’s continued to be my go-to resource to ensure I get enough protein and iron. I’m an athlete and need to eat for performance and this definitely helps me. I’ve learned how to make new meals and find good restaurant options too.

### 5/5 — Puts the power of nutrition at your fingertips

*2025-01-04*

I started using EatLove after diagnosis of heart issues - I needed to eat a very restricted diet, but I’m also a runner and exercise a lot. It made navigating that transition so much easier - with the insane level of personalization, and reassurance I was still getting the nutrients my body needed.
After a year, EatLove has supported me to eat very differently, feel great, lose 25lbs, and my test numbers have never been better (even than in my 30s).
EatLove can’t do it for you, but it puts the power of great nutrition at your fingertips and food is a miracle medicine!

### 5/5 — Love EatLove!

*2024-09-14, version 1.3*

I was referred to the app by my dietician and it has never been easier to keep track of my suggested macro and calorie balance. It is user friendly, and chock full of regular grocery items and recipes you can add to your daily or weekly meal planning; if it’s not in there, it’s a breeze to add your own and store in your favorites. A few of their suggested recipes are now my regulars. And the grocery list makes shopping a piece of cake (especially for the person who always needs a list like me!)

### 5/5 — Love the EatLove app!

*2024-06-19, version 1.3*

EatLove simplifies the meal planning process based on my individualized prescription. I love how easy the app is to use and the variety of the meals available in the app’s library. The recipes are easily customized to fit my needs as well and the prep reminders are so helpful. Another great benefit is how simple it makes grocery shopping. The customer service is also excellent! I really can’t say enough about EatLove!
