Subject: Urgent Feedback on Poor Delivery Service

We are extremely disappointed with the delivery service being provided. The porter assigned for pickup is reaching the correct location. Still calling the customer what i have to pick up the order from restaurant its very pathetic service

This is causing unnecessary confusion and delays, and reflects very poorly on your logistics coordination. Kindly look into this matter urgently and ensure that your team follows proper pickup protocols moving forward
