Stop charging my credit card. I want to cancel my plan but it has been made very difficult to find out how to cancel.

I wish I could give this app a 0 rating. I signed up for a 4.99 trail only to be charged right after for 49.99. Contacted customer service and was told because it was a “digital download” (of which I never received a “download” for) I would not be able to receive a refund. I had to tell them over and over again that I did not click a button to be charged 49.99 but they insisted that I did. NEVER use this app. They are scammers only looking for your money. They can’t even have one person email you to come to a solution. Not to mention they won’t respond to my emails any longer. Please, save yourself the headache and just don’t download this app.

Купила пробний пакет за 4.99$ на тиждень
Через тиждень не попереджаючи з мене списують повноцінну суму 39.99$
Я в той же день відміняю платну підписку в додатку, але навіть не можу оскаржити в Епл цей платіж, бо навпроти програми EATR світиться статус Безкоштовна(тобто у Епл немає історії, що я здійснювала покупки в цій програмі).
12.08 в мене знову стягують суму 39.99$, хоча платних послуг мені не надається і у програми EATR досі статус Безкоштовна на сайті для оскарження оплат reportaproblem.apple.com

хотіла спробувати цей застосунок, оплатила тижневу підписку, після чогось з мене ще хотіло зняти 20$, також в додатку чомусь була активна підписка на 60$ яку я не погоджувала. Прийшлось блокувати карту, бо підписка в застосунку не скасовується.
