This included a one week free trial. On August 20, following instructions, I sent an email requesting that my subscription be cancelled. It is now Aug 30 and they still haven’t cancelled my subscription. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-30, version 3.5* I was charged £39.99 and £14.99 for this service, yet I could not access the recipes/content I had paid for. I contacted them asking for the subscriptions to be cancelled and for a full refund attaching pictures as a proof i could not even access ANY of the content in their app The whole experience felt extremely misleading and stressful. I ended up having to contact my bank and dispute the charges just to get my money back. I would strongly recommend being very careful before entering your card details or subscribing. I contacted their support email multiple times asking them to cancel my subscription and received no response. I then found another contact email and reached out there as well, and I still haven’t received a reply. Despite all of this, they are now attempting to charge my card $40. It should not be this difficult to cancel a subscription. If your cancellation feature isn’t working, the very least you should do is respond to customers who are contacting you for help. I have screenshots of the broken cancellation page and records of all the emails I sent requesting cancellation. This experience has been extremely frustrating and I would not recommend subscribing. **Developer response:** A blank Manage Subscription screen leaves you with no way to cancel, and we apologize both for that and for the silence from our side. Our support team answers within two to three days — please check your spam folder, and send your request once more to support@wellix.io with the screenshots you have. I had to tell them over and over again that I did not click a button to be charged 49.99 but they insisted that I did. NEVER use this app. They are scammers only looking for your money. They can’t even have one person email you to come to a solution. Not to mention they won’t respond to my emails any longer.
