I’ve reset my password multiple times and it keeps saying i have the wrong password. Making it impossible for me to be able to use it for class. Please please please invest the money to make this accessible otherwise everyone will be turned off by the portal you use to secure this content and keep eating until obesity kills the planet. ### 1/5 — WON’T EVEN LET ME LOG IN *2020-01-13, version 17.0* I purchased my book through my membership and now it will not let me log in through the app. Disappointed. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2019-08-16, version 16.10* Total garbage app. You have to use the app to read their books and the app never works. Only the ebook was available, and the guide I just purchased is not listed in this app and I have no way of accessing it. The Academy’s website says ebooks must be accessed through this e-reader. This app doesn’t work and I bought an ebook from their site that I cannot read. What a waste. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-09-08, version 18.2* Can’t even log in. What yudu password provided to me by the publisher?! Having an e book for resource is supposed to be helpful and convenient. This is the opposite as I can’t even access my ebooks! I pay more than enough in academy dues. The interface is old (outdated) and not user friendly. I downloaded them to my iPad, but when I try to open the books to read them, it kicks me out of the app. I have an iPad that is less than a year old. Im trying to download the "downloadable food cards" in the Spanish for Nutrition and it's not happening. It's difficult to go to a certain chapter or place in the text without scrolling across the bottom. I'm dreading trying with any other purchases. I tried "app support" and apparently it doesn't exists. ### 1/5 — If you’re going to advertise an app, fix it *2023-11-22, version 18* This ereader is publicized everywhere on the Academy’s site and it is genuinely unusable. The log in is not your Academy log in, there is no communication I can find of a log in for “digital subscribers only” that is referred to in the error message. Clicking “Forget Password” tells you your user name does not match, and then offers no other help. The “Help” section is completely generic with no direction of who to contact to make a log-in. I have not been able to figure out how to take the Food & Nutrition Mag’s CPE article quizzes and since this app is advertised on the same page, I thought I could do it through this. I can’t even see the magazine available for download on the app. To the customer - save yourself the headache and don’t bother downloading. To the Academy - pay someone to fix this or just get rid of it. Because in the year of our lord 2023, this app is an embarrassment. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE *2022-04-15, version 18* I can’t even access my book I bought an hour ago. This is ridiculous. From what I’m understanding I had to download the app to even access the ebook that I bought, but the app keeps saying my password is wrong so I had to re-register but the register button doesn’t even work!! I keep clicking and it goes no where.. so no book!?! I am so frustrated beyond belief. What a scam. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2022-01-19, version 18* This app is terrible. I needed a pocket assessment for grad school. Of course, it is out of stock. So I thought I would try the ebook. I downloaded the app, as instructed, from the purchase confirmation email. However, the app looks nothing like the instructions, the pocket guide I purchased isn’t even an option, my login from the academy isn’t recognized, etc. This is a miserable app, and it’s making my life more difficult vs. easier. All I need is a book for this class. I can’t use any of them because when I click on ANY book, the app crashes. I’ve deleted then reloaded the app, restarted my iPad Pro, let the battery run completely down. No luck.
