Put an order in and it took 30 minutes for them to tell me the order was not accepted. Put an order into the same restaurant on Deliveroo and it was accept straight away. Do not use this app go for Uber eats or Deliveroo instead.

Used but when picking up my order the cafe told me the service is not yet working. result i am out money. tried contacting eats app, but nobody answers their phones.

Pathetic app & service. Money taken, no food, no tracking, no answers, no support. Ordered food with a 40min wait, tried to track, but no tracking option anywhere in the app. Also no support information. An hour later still no food. No in app support & the phone number they list goes to a voicemail saying they can’t take your call. BEWARE. DO NOT USE.

There is no customer service for regular customers. They only care to work with those restaurants and make money from them. When the restaurants do sth wrong, prepare to fight for ur own right, cuz they don’t care. I lost the money for my entire order cuz the restaurant said they didn’t receive my order but I ve already paid them thru this app. But, Eatsapp told me to ask restaurant for refund by myself and they couldn’t do anything with it. Will never use again!

Amazing service fast delivery got my whole order very speedy and food was still fresh and hot. Great prices too. Would definitely be ordering from here again I love it!

The prices on these apps are either the same as in store or closer, it’s so much cheaper than UberEats, they always rip us off. So glad I found this. Love it! Thanks guys
