She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and immediately took responsibility to resolve the matter. Kartiki offered a proper solution by informing me that I would receive a full refund for the order, and additionally, as a goodwill gesture, I would also be provided a free order for the next day along with a complimentary dessert.

I truly appreciate Kartiki’s helpful and polite nature. She guided me properly throughout the conversation and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. Speaking with her completely changed my frustration regarding the order issue, as she handled everything in a very understanding and supportive manner.

I had a very disappointing experience with this food delivery service. My order arrived incomplete, with items missing, and the most frustrating part was the complete lack of customer support.

There is no easy way to speak to a real person, and the chat support is absolutely pathetic. It keeps taking you through repetitive automated responses without actually resolving the issue or providing an option to report missing items effectively. It feels like there’s no accountability once the order is delivered.

Paying for food that never arrives and then having no proper channel to get it resolved is unacceptable. Customer service should be there to help when things go wrong, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I hope they improve their support system and make it easier for customers to report and resolve issues.

I have used eatsure for three years and from past few times it has disappointed me so much, as college student i have limited budget and at first it was great app with great discounts but past few experiences were awful
from past two times ive ordered wendys and burgers were extremely cold as if they were never heated, this time i raised a complain as it was the only meal i was ever having and it deeply upset me, how does food so cold (buns cold cheese still same as refrigerated, cabbage tomatoes everything cold even tho food was delivered around 15 minutes no away it could get cold anyways i wasnt expecting scorching hot food i just wanted decent heated food for my money's worth)
i talked to Shwenali this time and she was quite helpful to offer replacement and understood the whole situation 
but the order I got was again cold, im writing this review just cause Shwenali was extremely cooperative and ill be deleting the app.
