My friend recommended this app and to be honest I’ve tried a few and they didn’t work but eatwell toolkit is really great. I found the 6 step plan a really useful framework, the barcode scanner is helpful (and free unlike some of the other apps I tried) and the analytics dashboard is insightful. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Loads of unique features I haven’t seen before - like portion size pictures, biometrics, glycemic load, meal optimization, to name but a few. Really easy to use and help me understand what I need to do to eat within my macro and calorie targets.
