The advertisement and the interface appears great for ordering mobile electric vehicle charging when you run out on the side of the road. HOWEVER, it won’t accept any credit card entry (I tried 3 different cards) so you can’t create a service ticket. I find a number to call to reach a person, and they say they can’t help and call someone else. Why have an app?
