Asking me if I know how to read and just being outrageously rude. It’s June 4, about 12:50pm at the shop on Lincoln in Venice next to Baby Blues. Because of this one employee and how much he kept digging into me, I’m deleting the app and will never use it again. The guy was giving me such a hard time while I was asking another very nice employee, Latino guy, we’re the closest shop was. All the black dude wanted to do was keep heckling me as the Latino guy was trying to explain where the next shop was. If you hire employees like the black guy and allow that kind of behavior, I’ll just use a different delivery service. I tried to talk with live chat to see what the problem was. They never connected. So I basically just turned over a picture of my ID for no reason. Now I’m reading it one star because for the past three minutes I’ve been doing exactly what it’s been telling me to do. I sign in. I get past the sign in and it asked me to verify my number I verify then it says welcome back, sign in and go sign in and it does the exact same thing over and over and over even when I go on the actual website so where I’m not attached to the app it still does that why you need to fix the bug because I’m tired of trying to go to the main menu, but it’s refusing to let me do that cause it con wants me to sign in verify number and then sign back in and verify number get it together ### 1/5 — No customer support *2025-07-20, version 3.3.3* My order got canceled and I was sent a text saying to either reorder or get in touch with support. That would be fine, except the website was still showing my order as active and would not let me reorder. This continued until 9pm when no more orders are allowed, then magically the website finally showed my order as canceled. How convenient that it didn't process until I no longer had the option to reorder. I tried to get in touch with support through the live chat option on the webpage, which consistently redirected me to an email. An email is NOT a live chat. I had to google to find a support number since there isn't one on the website, and spoke to an agent who once again tried to direct me to the live chat and email options. There is no support, only an endless feedback loop.
