You app say saved rs 4291. Where I saved when you charged the entire amount. Doesn’t have tie up with UAE restaurant and the restaurant aren’t aware of this app. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Payment Experience with EasyDinner *2026-01-16* I had a very frustrating experience while making a payment through the EasyDinner application at a restaurant. The payment kept showing as “waiting” and did not complete. When I contacted customer care, the executive advised me to make another payment. Within 10 minutes, both payments were deducted successfully, resulting in a double charge. After that, customer care simply informed me that the extra amount would be refunded in 5 to 7 working days, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for an issue caused by their own system. This shows poor payment handling, lack of proper guidance from customer support, and no immediate resolution for customers. It literally said 25% off when I reserve a table. I was like let me try it out so I downloaded. When I went in to check, one - the 25% off discount is only valid for mostly if booked with bank credit cards, second - the total bill for 2 people was apparently 4000rs which discounted to 3200rs. To verify, I went to official BBQ website, and it is 999rs for one person, which would be 2000rs max plus tax for two people. Even with the discount the price sky rocketed on the app with really no explanation. I think this app is clearly a clickbait, and maybe it is useful for other restaurants. If you do want to use it, please always verify with the official website or call the restaurant. That’s the main reason I made a reservation in advance. However, when I visited the restaurant and finished my meal, the final bill did not reflect any of the promised discounts. I only received a standard discount of ₹200. So, what’s the point of having a Prime membership if we don’t get the benefits as advertised? When I entered and inquired about à la carte options, I was advised to go for the buffet, which was supposedly ₹1400 per head. Since I had made the booking through EasyDiner, which offers up to 50% discount, I went ahead assuming the final cost would be around ₹700 per head. However, to my shock, the final bill stated ₹2299 per head, which included not only 18% GST but also an additional 5% service charge—something that was never mentioned at the start. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told it was because the booking was made online. This feels completely unethical. It seems that EasyDiner and the restaurant management are hand-in-glove, exploiting customers once they’ve entered and dined. There was zero transparency, and the pricing appears to be manipulated based on how the booking is made. This incident completely spoiled what was meant to be a special and memorable evening. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious while booking through EasyDiner or choosing this restaurant. To start with, stewards especially a guy who was at the counter was kinda rude, as we had few few kids in our group and we didn’t want to sit next to a table where anyone is smoking, he literally mentioned smoking ppl are their regular customer and he can’t accommodate our request as we were first timers!! But, post some how adjusting table, experience was good, food they serve is tasty, service is good, music though a bit loud, but one kind of expects it so being a dance floor.
