A little scammy, dontcha think? ### 1/5 — I think this app is dead - can’t login or load anything *2021-03-21, version 2.8.8* It appears this app did not survive Covid. I was charged and now not able to get refunded. There is no way to cancel order on the app. There is also so easy way to contact customer service. I found an eazyo info email customer service and have yet to have a response to my complaint. Do not use this you will lose money. For them to charge even more just to use this app is ridiculous. Phone apps should make things cheaper not more expensive. These developers are greedy ***holes. You have the option of waiting for a server and waiting for a check. Many guests want there food asap and the ability to leave anytime. They also set the expected time of service. The app is being promoted on the beach to order food and service. You don’t find out that the app does not slow a room charge and then wants to add a $2 charge on top of the 20% convenience fee (tip). Sorry I downloaded. Oops.
