They were not very nice about it and they should not force you to use the app. ### 5/5 — LOVE this app!!!! *2017-03-19, version 2.5.3* Makes ordering cocktails (& food) on the beach quick & painless!! I was charged and now not able to get refunded. There is no way to cancel order on the app. There is also so easy way to contact customer service. I found an eazyo info email customer service and have yet to have a response to my complaint. Do not use this you will lose money. You were refunded ### 1/5 — App charge for what???? *2019-11-02, version 2.8.8* I got this app thinking it would make life easier. We are already paying for the drinks, tax, service charge ect. For them to charge even more just to use this app is ridiculous. Phone apps should make things cheaper not more expensive. These developers are greedy ***holes. Wish I could give negative stars.... uninstalling after I finish this review.... **Developer response:** Thank you fro the review . You have the option of waiting for a server and waiting for a check. Many guests want there food asap and the ability to leave anytime. You promissed to deliver in 15 min. This is really worst service. I will never again going to use this app. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. The app is the order method, the kitchen prepares the food and delivers. They also set the expected time of service. We apologize as that process seemed to fail on this instance. ### 1/5 — Beware of $2 service charge to use app *2018-10-21, version 2.8.8* Staying at the Hyatt Confidante. The app is being promoted on the beach to order food and service. You don’t find out that the app does not slow a room charge and then wants to add a $2 charge on top of the 20% convenience fee (tip). Sorry I downloaded. Oops. Wasted 10 mins. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of improvements *2018-08-10, version 2.8.8* Some drinks are missing. The biggest issue is you cannot charge items to your room. **Developer response:** Thank you for your comment, most users find apple/google pay easy to use. It just doesn’t make sense if you are ordering one drink at a time. **Developer response:** We tend to agree with you but the venues set pricing , we are only the software ordering system.
