My Happy Place. Being able to roll out of bed and start my morning with fasted cardio spin the do a cardio blast or strength training virtual online or zoom class is the bomb. The meal plans are getting my ABS right and I’m shrinking. I will be a Shocker 4 Life 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 EB and Fit Family you’ll Rock ! Love You 💕

EB30X is hands down the hottest fitness team out there! Eric Bassett is like NO other trainer or fitness motivator I know! His program has transformed my life from the inside out I’ve lost over 120lbs with EB30X! I overcame high blood pressure, high cholesterol, low self esteem, depression, IBS, diverticulitis, anxiety, and obesity! Eric believed in me and others more than we do ourselves! His team is a mirror image of his heart and vision to help others transform and change their lives from where they are! It’s not to late for YOU! EB30X is just phenomenal. I love my trainer, motivator, disciplinary, and friend. Tough love is the key to success in the fitness game. Mr. Eric Bassett definitely has a passion for what he does and he leads by example. He will work you hard and call you out of need be but it’s all in love because he wants you to reach your fitness goals more than you do. His team is also outstanding and the encourage you to be your very best. Team EB30X is a family and a whole lot more!!!!!!!!
You must make it your business to be apart of such greatness. I know I did and I am happy I did!!!!!
