## What is Ebb?

Hormones don't run on a schedule — so why do period apps pretend they do?

Ebb is a symptom and cycle tracker for the hormonal stages other apps skip: PCOS, postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause. Log how today felt, mark the days that matter, track HRT or other doses, and see an honest RANGE for your cycle instead of a fake-precise date that falls apart the moment your body doesn't cooperate. Irregularity is normal here. It's not a bug in your body, and it's not a bug in the app.
