I always have to hand enter or call or order a new card ### 5/5 — Clean and Simple! *2025-12-14* This updated app makes it super easy to check my balance and see all my transactions. Pretty simple to get around, got a notification very quickly after I used my card at the pharmacy and overall it looks very clean, professional. ### 3/5 — EBCentral *2025-12-12* Updated to new app and after logging in go to view activity and I get thrown out. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! We’ve resolved the intermittent crash on Activity pages in the latest app update(2.5.1), including cases related to larger or bold text accessibility settings. When I try to view my transaction activity it exits out of the app. **Developer response:** Thanks for reporting this - we wanted to let you know this issue has been resolved in the latest version of the app. The crash affecting Activity pages was intermittent and related to certain accessibility settings, and it’s now fixed. It’s easy to use on the go. Thank you for the real time notifications for account activity. Feels more like a modern app now. ### 5/5 — Helpful and informative app *2025-11-15* I never have an issue with this app. Every easy to use and submit documentation. ### 2/5 — Plays insurer with your money. *2025-10-29, version 2.3.1* Administrator plays fast and loose and asks for documentation practically every time the "benefits card" in use. Denies medically necessary expenses by saying they are not medically necessary. Basically, acts as a health insurer with your money. ### 3/5 — Horrible *2025-04-28, version 1.9.1* The app just stopped working. I unloaded it and reloaded it signed in and all it does is spin spin spin and I can’t see any of my information then it signs you out. Missing functionality and forces you back to website via computer. ### 1/5 — Submitted Receipts *2026-01-21* I shouldn’t have to submit every receipt for an appointment I go to every week ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-01-13* There are features, such as requesting a replacement card, that cannot be performed on the website for which one must have the app or call the help line. Problem is the app does not currently work on IPhone so you have to wait on hold waiting for help. EBFlex knows the app doesn’t work on Iphone, but it’s been months now with no fix so I assume they just don’t care. The app will open, but if you try to login you get an error that your user name or password is wrong. Meanwhile, the recorded message in the help line touts this POS as the solution to all your problems. This company couldn’t be more jacked up. Absolute buffoons. ### 1/5 — Never works *2025-12-23* I can never log in and keep seeing a “We’re having trouble connecting right now. Try again in a few minutes.” I have been trying for days still no luck. **Developer response:** Thanks for sharing this - we know how frustrating that can be. This message can appear intermittently for a few different reasons and we’re currently researching reports like this. As a first step, we recommend deleting and reinstalling the app, which has resolved similar issues for users in the past. Even after rebooting my phone. **Developer response:** We appreciate you flagging this. The issue you described has been fixed in the latest version of the app. It was an intermittent crash that could occur when navigating certain screens and has now been resolved. However, during claim submission process, the screen doesn’t go anywhere after entering all information and uploading picture, next button doesn’t do anything. ### 1/5 — Inoperable *2025-01-03, version 1.9.1* Useless if you have an HSA. Constant “document” requests for how you use your money that won’t work. Just got the account and can log in through the website but not through the app to ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.
