Die Anleitungen sind sehr präzise. Die Vorträge haben die richtige Länge. Bin voll zufrieden. Das Training macht Spaß 😀 ### 2/5 — Moorbad App *2023-01-20* Leider werden die Übungen bei der Ausführung nicht mehr angesagt. Was zur Folge hat, dass man immer auf den Bildschirm z. Bsp. des Handys schauen muss und sich dabei mehr oder minder verdreht. Zumindest bei Übungen auf der Matte. Das ist leider für Wirbelsäulengeschädigte nicht sehr sinnvoll. Das bekommen wir hier in der Rückenschule mehrfach beigebracht.
