The camera repeatedly says: “Failed to start, please try again or contact customer service”. After trying everything I could, I contacted the customer service from the App and still haven’t got any actual non robot answers for the past 3 months. This is unacceptable. The camera says "failed to start, please contact customer service" There is no customer service. I emailed multiple times and sent messages at the "help center" but never received any response. They got better for a while but now they won’t woke 80% of the time. (Mostly at night then the baby is asleep and it’s most important). Now I can’t even reconfigure the network or even log BACK IN because the app is broken and says there is no internet. I tried this on multiple phones Apple and android. Same issue. I wish I could just get a refund and get a normal monitor instead at this point. There is a “customer support” feature, and so I submitted a request for help explaining my problem multiple times, and I have yet to receive an answer. I would like more options for types of notifications, and I’d like to be able to have different tones for the various notifications (like one tone for human movement, a different one for baby crying, etc.) But on the whole it does its job and picks up even relatively quiet sounds. No problems connecting, and it’s far from our router. We also have low speed. I’ve been happy with it for our needs. ### 3/5 — Great app when it works *2025-01-19, version 1.8.0* App constantly seems to crash. We refresh / reboot and configure on a nightly basis this last fortnight for it to work.
