Jesus, outsource it to India or whatever you need to do to get something that works … or maybe you just didn’t have to break what semblance of functionality you had before. ### 1/5 — APP has been replaced. DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2022-05-19, version 1.3.9* Download the new app MySmartBike and use your existing account ### 1/5 — No longer works at all do not download *2022-04-09, version 1.3.9* It simply makes you get another app. It shouldn’t even be on the store. ### 1/5 — Can’t even get past account creation *2022-04-08, version 1.3.9* When I try to register it says registration failed with no other details about why the failure happened. ### 1/5 — Really annoying *2021-09-30, version 1.3.9* App is confusing and overly complicated by the addition of navigation, but the real nail in the coffin is that the app causes the phone to buzz every time Bluetooth connects or disconnects, which happens A LOT. This can’t be turned off, either in the app or notifications, and it is REALLY ANNOYING. I had to delete the app it’s so irritating. ### 1/5 — Possibly the worst app I have *2021-08-29, version 1.3.9* This app is very very bad. It frequently breaks its Bluetooth connection with the bike, resulting in no feedback at critical times. When it is connected, the app displays useless information (Who cares how many rpms the motor is spinning?) and unexplained metrics (what does “POW” mean, anyway?). The documentation is next to worthless. The pity of having such a useless app is that it connects (intermittently) to such a great bike. I have had to stop in the middle of a ride just to re-pair the app and the bike to know how much range I have. The bike is a joy to ride but the app is a worthless PITA. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2021-08-04, version 1.3.9* Stops working mid ride. Takes forever to pair with the bike. Inaccurate data retrieval. This is app garbage. The only thing I use it for is checking the battery charge balance. It would be great if there were some other app that would work with this but unless you want to go buy a bike with a different assist mechanism you are stuck with it. ### 1/5 — Bad UI *2021-06-05, version 1.3.9* Pretty simple review. The UI is pretty bad and it doesn’t operate seamlessly with the bike or other devices. Also, the app is hardly ever able to find the bike and the connection is intermittent - that could a Bluetooth issue but honestly the interface and experience are just weak in comparison to other apps such as strava. ### 3/5 — Cadence *2021-05-06, version 1.3.9* The app works well, but instead of RPM a cadence reading from on a bluetooth sensor would be much more helpful ### 1/5 — Canondale Evo - App Not Working *2021-04-21, version 1.3.8* Can’t log in, won’t pair, no support from canondale or Ebikemotion.
