After successfully changing the password, I can only log in using my ID and password; Face ID is no longer working. If I try to log in with Face ID, it gets stuck at an infinite loading screen. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2023-11-28* I’ve been trying to transfer fund to other bank but the app keeps on showing the window to add beneficiary account even though I’ve added that!! Tried several times but didn’t work! Please fix this. Please change it to more than 5 transactions & atleast enter who made the charge & post the transactions quicker. But, I am right now using iphone and I am noticing that there is no option to pay utility bill in Pay bill option. Thank you for staying with us. ### 1/5 — Not a user friendly Retail Banking App *2022-02-01, version 3.2.7* They send error messages while trying to do a BEFTN or transfer to Bkash. The transfer is always unsuccessful. On the other hand these fund transfers can be made through their skybanking website. That means I will always have to use a web browser to do a transfer. Then there is no point of having this app. Needless to mention that their NPSB service is off for a long time now. We are doing BEFTN for urgent payments and waiting at least a day to realize that transfer is successful whereas lame banks like DBBL have active NPSB server. Finally try their complaint/Query cell. But the customer care service all the time avoid me and not solving the problem. ### 1/5 — UI/UX abomination *2023-10-24* this app user interface and overall experience is an ui abomination. i would request you guys to have a look at other banks app like scb, city, brac etc. think from an users perspective and ease of use. Looks more like a forced adoption of online banking. for inspiration you guys can have a look at bkash as well. You guyz claim to be the best retail bank!
