Worst app ever adding beneficiary is stupid useless process and on top of that ure session expired 🤣 really ???? Its my account and the app on my phone why would a baking app have an expiry date set in the app are we in 2005 or what? Plus sending money overseas in the eblom portal takes millions of years for idk what reason. And overall its a big no no for me i am changing my bank and honestly i cant wait for that .

This app is very slow, with very old design, it’s behind the curve, not being updated since almost 3 years!!

This app is really ridiculous to operate honestly. One minute I can enter my account the next minute it won’t log me in. 
This is outrageous

Worst banking app ever

The worst banking app I’ve ever used, and overall blom has the worst online banking ever. 
The app is horrible, the complete opposite of simple and user friendly. 
Blom Online banking in general is very complicated. You need to add beneficiary on the app but transfer from the web, can’t do both in the same place. Then you need to wait for someone from the bank to call you otherwise adding a beneficiary will be rejected! It’s 2018, who still does that?
And to add beneficiary you need to turn on OTP, and you can only turn it on/off from the web, but using mobile version,... what on earth is that?? Who is in charge of all this crap??

In the fortunate event where you bypass all the above crap, and manage to somehow add a beneficiary, and you’re trying to transfer to someone outside blom, you go on the web and the transfer page is just blank, there’s nothing you can select.

Sorry to be direct. But the user interface is so ugly and not friendly use... so complicated to track accounts.... a new application is badly needed.

This app is just a webview that opens the eblom mobile website and presents 0 benefits over opening it Safari. At least with Safari its smoother and i can use extensions like 1Password to enter my credentials.

This app is making my life easier when it comes to checking my accounts, doing transfer transactions, and chatting with the support team. The safety limit on cards is also so helpful when being used online.
