방금 구매한 ebook 서점에서 다운로드 누른 후에 앱스토어로 이동하는데 그 후에 교보문고ebook 앱 열기 누르면 흰화면만 나오고 전자책 다운로드가 안됩니다. 앱은 최신으로 업데이트 한 상태입니다. 아이폰도 아이패드도 같은 현상인데 왜 그럴까요 ;0; 개선 부탁드립니다~!

앱 잘쓰고 있었는데, 업데이트 하지 않으면 앱 사용을 할 수 없도록 강제하질않나 어쩔 수 없이 업데이트를 하고 보니까 pdf책의 캡쳐 버튼이 다른 버튼으로 대체되어 기존처럼 화면 캡쳐를 할 수 없어 불편함을 겪고 있고, 이런 일방적인 조치에 굉장히 화가 납니다.

워터마크, pdf의 스크린샷 캡쳐 버튼을 예전처럼 바꿔주세요

열람이 안됩니다.. 책 선택하면 ’일시적인 오류로 인해 도서 열람이 불가합니다. “파일 삭제” 후 재다운로드 해주시기 바랍니다‘ 메시지가 나오는데, 그렇게 진행해도 동일한 메시지가 나옴. 앱 완전히 종료하고 다시 시작해도 안됨. 폰 재부팅하면 처음 선택하는 도서는 열람되는데, 해당 책에서 나와서 다른 책 읽으려고 하면 또 상기 메시지 나옴. 그 후에는 재부팅후에 볼 수 있었던 책도 상기 메시지 나오면서 열람불가.

뭐지…
하루 지나고나니 괜칞아졌네요. 삭제 후 다시 다운로드하면 오류 사라지고 열람 가능.
