携程酒店 eBooking系统（移动版）是携程于2014年4月22日推出的一个为智能终端提供的移动应用，旨在为酒店提供一种随时随地、方便快捷的酒店后台管理。目前主要移植了订单管理，房态管理等核心功能。

今年开了一个小旅馆，经朋友推荐加盟了携程，加盟后首次使用就被它高端大气上档次的首页震惊了。不仅仅外观漂亮，里面的各个板块使用起来也是得心应手，遇到个别不懂的地方还有业务悉心指导，不得不说携程的服务真到位！

商家在平台就是一个被欺压的对象，虽然我们希望通过平台吸引客人，但是我们也是付了服务费的。怎么出了问题都是商家的错。客人可以随时给商家打电话咨询，商家不接单时无法联系客人，客人离店后无法联系客人，遇到紧急情况都不知道怎么联系客人，平台是不是要考虑在保护客人隐私的前提下，也站在商家的角度考虑下？
另外每家的评分都是辛苦努力来的，随意一个客人的无理由差评几年努力全白费，全凭客人的真实感受？真实感受还不写理由，那这个真假怎么辨别？而且还不知道是几号的客人住房的，审核部门这么松的吗！
携程是不是要考虑下商家的感受？作为一个中间平台是不是应该客观公正？
还有客人就没有一个信誉评分吗？

这个是非常严重的问题，因为没有收到信息通知。客人没有及时得到回复，酒店也因此流失了太多潜在客户，这个很基础但非常重要的功能竟然几乎不能用，很可惜

酒店一不小心就被差评了，而且差评得出格了，而平台方投诉处理特复杂，采取的方式是医疗事故处理机制，由酒店方提供依据！评价方给差评却不给依据，被讹诈方却需要提供依据，你以为酒店方是医院呀，为了保证投诉有依据，健康人我也给你做个千儿八百的体验，反正羊毛出在羊身上，早赚回了，医疗投诉是可以创收的。酒店却是弱势群体，是否适当站在酒店方立场做一点平台要做好事呀！
