자동로그인 안 되고 로그인 해도 튕겨서 좋은 강의가 아무리 많아도 자꾸 시작하기 전부터 쓸데없는 에너지를 들이게 됩니다 팝업창 뜨는 거 지우는데도 렉걸리고요. 기본적인 것들 개선 좀 해 주세요 안에 든 강의들이 아깝지도 않습니까

허구헌날 쓸데없는 감사장 띄우지말고 어플 안정성과 편의성 개선에 집중하시는게 어떨까요 저는 운전할때 듣는데 감사장 페이지때문에 원하는 프로그램 바로 접속못하고 로딩만 길어져서 걸리적거려요 구독자 감사장 jpg 저장하고싶은사람이 어디있다고.. ebs 컨텐츠 자체는 너무 좋아요 감사하며 잘 이용하고 유료구독도 하고있습니다 다만 어플이 그 만족도를 너무너무 떨어트리네요!!!!!

EBS 반디 사용할 때마다 화가 머리 끝까지 올라옵니다.
매번 로그인도 풀리고, 네이버로 로그인을 해도 계속 그대로인데다가 한참 방송을 듣는 중에 그냥 로그인이 해제되지를 않나..
지금은 네이버로도 로그인이 안되고, 유료 결제 중인데도 방송을 들을수가 없네요.
업데이트를 하면 뭘하나요. 이 로그인 문제는 몇년째 변함이 없는데요.

볼륨이 다른 앱에 비해 너무 소리가 작아요. 기본 볼륨을 KBS콩 이랑 비슷하게 하거나 설정-오디오에 설정할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다
왜냐하면 다른 앱 듣다가 ebs반디 들으면 볼륨을 올리고 다른 앱 들을려면 또 내려야 하고 이것만 기본 볼륨이 넘 작내요

로그인 유지도 안되고 로그인 3-4번 해야 겨우 들어감. 컨텐츠가 좋아서 구독하고있지만 이렇게 쓰레기같은 앱도 없음. 개선할 여지도 없는듯. 그냥 듣기만하는 앱인데 기능도 없으면서 어떻게 이렇게 거지같은 앱이 있는지 신기함.
