Every time I tried to make a new account, I got stuck on the “verification” page. There were no options to verify my identity even though I had provided both my phone number and email address. I tried using the website instead of the app and had the same problems. I’m writing a negative review because I cannot find support for the app even within the app. The “support” button takes you to a list of each state’s SNAP page. Nothing that is actually app support. I don’t know if this is a good app or not, it will not let me use it. ### 1/5 — Login loop *2026-08-28, version 4.0.1* This app won't let me log into an account that I already have, because my contact methods are already in use. I feel as though that's obvious, I have an account and want to use it in this app but it won't let me move past that login step. So annoying! ### 1/5 — greedy and lazy *2026-08-28, version 4.0.1* The app doesnt adjust for my screen size on iPhone SE. I am literally incapable of using the app fully (reading text, buttons at the bottom) Considering the userbase for your app, it is truly pathetic that “budget” screen aspect ratios were not considered. Like What?! did you seriously just want to replace your old contract with this rushed ai slop filled with badly disguised advertising contracts?‽‽‽ Am I taking my anger out through this review? Yes. Does this app deserve the criticism? Also yes. Pathetic… ### 1/5 — I like the simplicity of the old app :( *2026-08-28, version 4.0.1* This one is way too new age like why does it have so many things in it, so many different pop up’s I loved the simple app before this one please bring back the old one 😭😭😭 this one dosent show what the pending benifits are , like my childcare payment and other payment I receive every month. I used the old app for tracking everything and this one is so confusing… too many things going on. This new update just made it 3 times more unlikable. ### 4/5 — Kinda frustrating process. *2026-08-27, version 4.0.1* Took me 3 days just to create an account because it kept telling me my case number was wrong. Finally was able to create the account. App seems simple enough. ### 1/5 — Can’t access account *2026-08-27, version 4.0.1* Upon opening the old app, my ebt account was gone. So I download this app and although it seems to recognize that I have an account, (because it won’t let me make a new one, contact in use) I can’t log in despite correct credentials. The app will flash, “failed to create card holder and card.” Emailing got no response. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2026-08-27, version 4.0.0* I just updated to the new version and it’s just alright.. it doesn’t show you your pending transactions the old app would show you the night before so you can view your benefits this new version doesn’t do that unfortunately.
