## What is EC Permit?

EC-Permit is a digital permit-to-work (PTW) system built for construction sites. Replace paper permits with a streamlined mobile workflow that keeps your projects safe, compliant, and on track.

Whether you manage hot work permits, confined space entries, working at height, or excavation permits, EC-Permit gives your entire team -- contractors, supervisors, site engineers, and clients -- a single platform to create, review, approve, and track permits from anywhere.

 KEY FEATURES

 - Create and fill digital permits with customizable form types
 - Perform approval actions with multi-step workflow automation
 - Capture photos and signatures directly on your device
 - Export permits to PDF and share instantly
 - Receive push notifications for pending approvals and updates
 - Work offline and sync automatically when back online
 - Manage multiple projects with role-based access control
 - Search, filter, and track all permits in one place
 - Support for English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese

 BUILT FOR CONSTRUCTION TEAMS

EC-Permit supports the full permit lifecycle: draft, submit, review, approve, reject, close, and archive. Assign roles and permissions so the right people see the right permits at the right time. Deep linking from notifications takes you straight to the form that needs your attention.

 AI-POWERED FORM CREATION

Design new permit types in minutes. Describe what you need and let AI generate the form structure, questions, and workflow for you. Customize everything afterwards to match your exact requirements.

 WORKS WITH YOUR TEAM

Invite team members by email, assign project roles, and collaborate in real time. Dashboard analytics give project admins visibility into permit activity, completion rates, and team performance.

 FLEXIBLE PLANS

Get started for free with up to 5 users and 100 forms per month. Upgrade to Professional, Business, or Enterprise tiers as your team grows -- with more users, storage, custom PDF templates, QR codes, and advanced integrations.
