Despite being uninstalled and reinstalled it continues to lock up on the opening image and go no further. Please look into fixing this glitch. ### 2/5 — Poor user experience *2025-01-31, version 1.36.1* As a software engineer, it’s clear that this app has a lot of flaws. Obviously not enough usability testing has been done. Navigation is extremely clunky when looking for available lessons. You also can’t see when a note has successfully been added to a booking so you can’t tell if your note has been added properly. App needs a lot of improvement especially since it’s so widely used by barns in the UK. Unfortunately it looks like low standards and/or lack of knowledge in the software engineering process have led to a poor quality app and user experience. ### 2/5 — Poor *2024-11-27, version 1.35.0* Access on anything other than good WiFi is very poor. User interface is not intuitive or effective. Upgrade caused the app to stop working and when it now is working it has more glitches than before. ### 2/5 — Never opens, just sticks in the main screen. *2024-10-14, version 1.34.1* This was ok for the first time I used it and I thought what a great way to book lessons however I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone etc but this app does not open past the main orange screen with two horses on. Really upsetting as we missed out on a competition because of this error as we could not book a space. ### 2/5 — Unhappy *2024-03-30, version 1.30.1* The app is constantly down at the moment! Also it isn’t very good for tailoring slots to customers. Basically if you can’t book well in advance, your slot gets taken by others. Also having to add and pay for another rider (daughter’s friend for a semi private) and faff with sorting money between you isn’t acceptable. ECPRO need to ensure that each person can pay individually. ### 2/5 — Option to select by instructor *2024-03-19, version 1.30.1* Hi can you add the option to view by instructor and availability. Currently you have to click on a date then see if the instructor is available if not then return and start again. Not great experience ### 2/5 — Lessons cancelled but no email *2023-01-30, version 1.20.7* Twice we have booked lessons this month and received a confirmation email only to turn up at the yard to find no lesson had been booked. The lessons had been cancelled 4 days after booking but we were not sent an email to tell us. The yard said there is never any availability at the time I booked so why was this showing as available on the app. I have now delved into the hidden recesses of the app to find there is a notification page where there was a message re the cancellation. There is no icon on the home page to tell you when there are notifications waiting for you Why send emails for some cancellations and not others Generally this is a poor app and has wasted a great deal of our time I wish it had never been invented ### 2/5 — Well it works, but …. *2022-12-08, version 1.20.4* The basic functionality works, but the user interface and navigation are diabolically bad. Do you actually test the app with real world user scenarios? No way to search a particular activity to see when it’s next on. Illogical organisation making it very hard to find things. Inaccurate event end timings in many cases. It’s not very user friendly - it randomly logs me out,I don’t get notifications that it needs to be updated via the App Store until I go to use it, it’s not intuitive to use, the navigation is poor, each time I use it, it’s trial and error to find some things, even things I use fairly regularly. It does the job, but it’s not a good user experience. ### 3/5 — Many niggles with navigation *2021-05-18, version 1.12.1* Nice idea and makes the riding school booking experience a bit easier on busy yards. However I’m a heavy user and there are SO many simple improvements I would make with the structure and navigation. Simple things like your lesson bookings saved in date (and person!) order, instead of randomly. Or that when you click into an available ‘grey’ space and it isn’t what you want or need, that you aren’t taken right back to the original full calendar and not to that same date page. I’d be happy to provide more feedback or even be part of UX research if they wanted. I did provide some of this by email and see there was an app update but sadly simple elements are still overlooked here. ### 3/5 — Unable to change stables with the link *2020-12-16, version 1.9.9* Having to reregister to change stables - doesn’t help when you use two!
