Thanks! ### 2/5 — Used to be a reputable factoring company *2025-07-24, version 4.24.0* I can’t say for sure what happened but they used to be quick very little issues nowadays funds are held for days sometimes weeks, seem to have to verify every load and if it’s not verified your not getting paid. Kind of a waste of time if your supposed to be providing next day pay I’d say. If broker short pay your not notified they just deduct from your next load. I used to recommend people to this company now am probably their harshest critic. Customer since 2021 but this will be my last year with them need smooth transactions. ### 2/5 — Face recognition not working *2025-06-20* The face recognition function is not working. **Developer response:** Hi. After every “update” they manage to get it worst than the previous version. Plus they increase the percentage per load without letting me know. Really poor customer service. ### 1/5 — Avoid Ecapital *2023-05-16* There is a reason that Ecapital did away with the old app and reviews. Terrible before, and terrible now. Their business practices will cost you more money than stated. Been attempting to cancel my contract for the last month. Still waiting. Worst company to ve factoring with! Stay away from them as they will take your money! Wouldn’t be surprised if they go bankrupt soon. They cannot be trusted! You submit all necessary paperwork for funding, then you’ll have to wait days, at times, weeks to be funded or hear from someone. Their customer service is lagging, put you on hold for extensive period of time. Keep away! Better sign directly with brokers, they’re happy to save the 2.95%. ### 1/5 — Worst Factoring *2025-02-11* This company by far is the worst factoring out there. You could submit all documents, time stamped, signed, clear, scanned to perfection and not get funded. Their communication skills are the lowest I’ve seen, you submit a load, expect to be funded, wait all day only to be disappointed with $0 in your cash account. The following day, army around 05:00 am, you’ll receive a generic email stating a bogus reason for the Held or denial of the purchase. Instead of your account manager reaching out to you, try to seek your assistance in clearing things out with a certain brokers, they just pretend you don’t exist, never email back, never call back. Biggest joke is the new feature “Rush Pay”. It never disappoints, an hour pay becomes a 21 days of waiting. 99% of brokers are offering quick pay, at a lowest rate, ecapital or any other factoring company are becoming increasingly irrelevant. Keep away! ### 1/5 — Updates *2024-12-24, version 4.21.0* You guys been doing terrible with this app! As a daily user who also happens to work on SDLC I can easily tell there are lots of issues with menu functions and the app overall. Many times when I want to cash my balances it shows 0.00 when I can actually see the already factored loads being purchased with receipts on email. We just want this work and also stop doing fixes on a week day when everyone is expected to be using this piece ### 1/5 — Buyer beware! *2024-12-20, version 4.21.0* This company is a complete scam they lie to you to sign you up making promises that are the complete opposite of what they say. They claim they have the least fees and come to find out they have many hidden. Bailey Ensor was our sin on guy was real responsive before he tricked us to signup and after signup called emailed him and haven’t heard from him since. They said we could cancel with no penalties before we fund our first load and when that time came to cancel they finally pushed through a load we were having trouble funding so they could lock us in. Now we’re stuck for a year unless we want to pay a percentage fee of a number they make up and then on top of that they have a paperwork fee just to release us after the year. They are hands down one of theee worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. ### 1/5 — Bad collection teams *2024-12-16, version 4.21.0* I’ve been working with ecapital almost 4 years, they got some South Indian folks on their collection team and they have no idea what they are doing. Sent my three loads to dispute without verification with debtor. Their invoices reached the broker accounting tram 2 months late!
