Cannot add any required info (such as phone number) to book. Endless error loops. Nice concept, terrible execution. Waste of time, unfortunately. ### 1/5 — Danger! *2020-02-12, version 3.0* After registering your password is emailed back to you in open text. So your password is on an email server somewhere **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We have since removed clear text passwords from our customer onboarding emails and have updated our encryption methods for legacy accounts. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or issues while using our service. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work. *2019-09-28, version 2.0.1* Doesn’t let you get past trying to setup account. You enter email. It ask to verify email. Email states your device will as to return to app. It doesn’t. You return to app and it wants you to still verify email. Endless loop. Closing app and restarting process a dozen times does help either. Shame!! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We previously identified an issue where certain social signup methods would not provide account information in a reliable manor. We have resolved the issue in our most recent update. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or issues while using our service. ### 1/5 — Broken *2019-05-09, version 1.0.2* App doesnt open ### 2/5 — Unhandled error *2022-03-19, version 5.0.2* Confusing app. Booked ride to the airport, chose the option to book ride on my return, but kept getting error “null is not an object evaluating c.customer”. Gave up then realized I had changed the date on my first ride. Wish the app was easier to use, because we loved using ecarra before covid. ### 2/5 — Ride approved then canceled. *2022-01-13, version 5.0.2* Love the idea. Love the concept. What I did not like was booking a ride around 8AM, it being approved shortly after, and by the evening (close to pick up time) no driver assigned, and the ride being canceled/declined AFTER I placed a call to basically ask if I was being picked up. Had to rely on Uber. The Uber turned out to be fine and wasn’t much more expensive than the ride I booked but it was more about the experience. Never even got a call back explaining what might’ve happened. Simply got a notification from the app saying the ride was now declined. ### 2/5 — You app crashes upon sign in. *2020-03-10, version 3.0* Your app is getting a fatal error, when trying to login via Facebook. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback! We have found the issue that you ran into and remedied it in our most recent update. Also it crashed a few times within 5 minutes of downloading... iPhone X. For right around what I used to pay Uber for a more, shall we say, mediocre experience.
