## What is ecbo cloak?

ecbo cloak is a sharing economy service app for luggage storage, which connects "people with luggage" and "shops with space to store luggage."


There is no more need to look for a place to leave your luggage, or to carry them around with you.


Simply search for a convenient location, make a reservation and store luggage in a variety of shops and facilities, such as cafes, hair salons, post offices and counters inside train stations!

Major cities in all 47 prefecutures in Japan!

### 1/5 — 予約システムもサポートも機能しておらず、非常に不満です。

10時30分から荷物を預けるため予約しようとしましたが、予約ボタンを押すことができず、やむを得ず11時からの枠で予約しました。

店舗で事情を説明しても「11時になるまで受け取れない」と言われ、予定時刻に間に合わなくなるため、結局荷物を預けることができませんでした。こちらの都合ではなく予約システム側の問題で利用できなかったにもかかわらず、料金だけが発生しています。

すぐに返金を求めてチャットで問い合わせましたが、担当者が一向に現れず、サポートにすらつながりません。時間厳守が求められる荷物預かりサービスで、予約時のトラブルにも対応できず、問い合わせ窓口まで機能していないのは致命的だと思います。

投稿時点で返金対応も受けられていません。利用を検討している方は、トラブルが起きた際にサポートを受けられない可能性も踏まえ、慎重に判断したほうがよいと思います。

荷物を預ける為にお店へ訪れましたが、預けることできず。クレジットカードも登録したし、お金も払われた後なのですごく不快でした。しかも予約をしてチェックインがされてないと表示され、退会もできません。

お手数をおかけしますが、ご予約の詳細情報を、アプリ内のお問い合わせよりお知らせいただけますでしょうか。確認でき次第、速やかに返金いたします。また、退会手続きについても弊社にて対応いたします。

在名古屋車站前，跟著地圖導航到同一個位置的7-11，我預約1:30寄存行李，下單時接近1:30，我人就在7-11裡面，下完單找店員，店員卻說沒有辦法提供服務，不知道是你們跟店家沒有商量好，還是聯絡上出什麼問題，明明同一個地址，店家還否認不是他們家，不清楚是因為照片上跟他們店面不同，還是其他原因，反正扛著行李從車站走那麼遠，被拒絕的當下就很無奈，以後還是乖乖的投行李寄存的置物櫃。

新規登録しクーポンコードも入れApple Payで決済しようとしたら弾かれた。
Apple Pay対象外のクレカがあるのかアプリのどこを見たらいいのか不明。
クレカ情報入れて決済したが3Dセキュアの画面にも遷移されず予約画面に戻りキャンセル扱いになってしまった。
その結果、キャンセル履歴が残り新規クーポンが使えない。
webから試そうとしたが、クーポンコード入れる前にクレカ情報を入れるようになっており不安で先に進めない。

サービスは良さそうなのに私には合わないと感じました。

已經預約並且接單前往過去，結果抵達店家門口無人回應，後來店家突然自行取消訂單，整個很無言！ 我們是特定叫車過去已經花錢2000元車資，結果盡然是這樣的狀況！
只能說無法跟寄放店家做好配合就不要做這樣的機制配合，造成極大困擾😕

第一次使用這個系統 一開始還不熟練 用了幾次就沒有問題. 新手使用需要知道 第一要選擇好日期 時間 再選店家 登機箱 也屬於大型行李 第三就是使用apple pay才有可以付費 點選信用卡操作付費基本都不可以使用 第四 選擇 店家比較可以放多一點行李 7-11基本行李數量都只有1-2件
