The recordings aren’t time logged so if you need to go back good luck finding the period you’re looking for. You can’t download so if you want to save the videos, you have to screen record your phone. The thing has horrible connection speeds so loading individual videos takes 30-60s sometimes, which combined with no time logs, means it could take 10 minutes to find a specific moment. Horrible app, has no reason to be this bad. Minor minor fixes could make this actually functional. ### 1/5 — Wi-Fi connection constant problem *2022-12-22, version 2.6* The camera is fine. The unit charges my iPhone 12 Pro without any problems, BUT it losses it’s connection to my Wi-Fi network and is a nightmare to reconnect. STAY AWAY . ### 1/5 — No Way To Save or Download Over Wi-Fi *2022-07-15, version 2.4* This app is almost completely unusable because there’s no way to save the recordings without removing the SD card and hand saving everything on your computer. There is a screen for “local save” that has a share button that doesn’t work. What’s the point of wi-fi connectivity if you can get the videos you recorded over the wi-fi? This just seems broken. ### 1/5 — It’s a garbage *2022-06-03, version 2.4* This camera is a garbage! Save files would not able to play. And it’s fake 4k. Don’t buy it! ### 1/5 — You can’t save files *2022-04-25, version 2.3* Iv used many different camera apps over the years. This app is pretty standard. But has one very major flaw. You can’t save videos that are automatically recorded. If you manually record, your fine. But if you go back and want to save a video from the files there is no option. I tried taking out the SD card but the file the app uses is a .pes used for Cad stuff. I’m sure I’ll find a way to convert it. But it makes it a pain. My rating would change if they implemented a way to save files. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Recordings *2024-08-15* When you you use an SD card to save your recordings to instead of using their iCloud, the video file format is a .pes file. This should be a mp4 or avi file. All the files on the SD are useless. Not good. ### 1/5 — Direction stink and app keeps crashing immediately upon open *2024-05-27* The directions to set this up a pretty sketchy. I’m trying to get this set up for Wi-Fi and it’s been a challenge and the app just crashes as soon as I go to open it now making this device totally useless. I have tried resetting my phone and re-downloading the app or whatever to no avail. ### 1/5 — Never would connect to wifi *2024-02-25* Tried two different WiFis and neither will connect, despite correct information and multiple other devices connecting seamlessly (not eccam devices, mind you). The default password is not the correct one in order to change the password and again the seller was no help at all. The motor on both cameras stopped working so Amazon replaced them, I wish there was a good manual online and that you could watch more than one camera live at a time… With technology today this should be possible. ### 2/5 — Audio *2022-11-23, version 2.5* I updated to IOS 16 on my iPhone and now I don’t have any audio, I have video.
