Second, the app crashes when you search an item, defeating the entire purpose. It has potential but for something that’s suppose to be used for enterprise it’s unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Text is practically the same color as the backgrounds. *2024-10-04* This app is useless because of the way text is displayed. Not sure how this even got published. ### 1/5 — Embarrassingly bad app for an IT distributor *2024-05-07* Wow, it’s really, really bad. Most of the text field labels are in a font that matches the background and are either impossible or nearly impossible to see. Same goes for the search bar and results. Maybe I should try the Ingram Micro or D&H apps instead. ### 1/5 — App is broken *2023-10-23* This app used to work until recently, and no longer does. If you type certain text into the search engine the entire app crashes. Tried it multiple times even with the phone reboot. Whoever created this app needs to fix this. There’s also a similar issue with the iPad version as well. Certain combinations in letters and numbers when typed into the search engine field will cause the entire app to crash and close out. ### 5/5 — Excellent! *2023-05-18* I love the app. It’s easier to use than my computer most days. Some pages will be hard to read with white text on a white background if dark mode is turned on. Turn on LIGHT mode, and you can see everything without issue. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-04-12, version 3.5* I’m not the one to leave these sort of reviews, but honestly, it’s bad. First: in dark mode it’s unusable. For YEARS now. Dark mode is not new. Yet, here we are. I figure it would get addressed in an update…but the only thing that has changed in the last year is the name. I mean, I guess it works…sort of. Just not in dark mode where you literally cannot see anything as it’s all white. Second: you cannot copy anything. I need to copy a part number? Nope. Sales order number, etc? Nope. Such a critical functionality missing is perplexing. Overall there’s very little benefit to using the app over the website where you can do everything you need without these app based limitations. I’m sure they will see few use the app and be like “look, nobody uses apps!” and it will languish until it gets killed because of that. In reality, it’s just terrible. ### 1/5 — No longer works *2023-03-07* After login shows two company ids that are the same and says “found multiple reselles” when picking one and doesn’t allow you to move forward. ### 2/5 — In dark mode, this app is a mess. *2022-12-13, version 3.5* Overall the app works well. But in dark mode it’s simply unusable. A quick bug fix I’d be back to 5 stars. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t show right on newer iOS *2022-02-17* So I have a white background with a almost white text in the app. Can’t see much of anything as a little bit transfers over as dark.
