I have been looking for a strategy to ensure I’m doing the correct exercise form and order. This App is super simple to use and I highly recommend it. Great value and I’m totally getting faster. Customer support has been exceptional and fast. ### 2/5 — Mixed feelings *2019-01-11, version 2.4.5* App works good. I am disappointed though. I Had different expectations for the videos - I thought they were full length videos of the entire workout. It’s a pain to toggle through each movement. Then my phone turns off, have to refund it... it’s just not fluid and functional. For the price I expected body position voice over on the athletes doing the workout, body position, placement and what muscles exercises are benefiting and why etc. I find myself doing videos I already have vs this because it’s just easier to follow along. ### 5/5 — Amazing App *2018-10-14, version 2.4.5* I am using the App for all my strength workout. Lady year I used the Triathlon off season . This year I started with the Run strength. I am not sure how much it would cost to be strength trained by Kara Goucher or Miranda Carfrae, but it’s way more than the programs in this app. Super cool. ### 3/5 — Is this a trial? *2017-10-24, version 2.4.4* Workouts are not delivered daily. Acronyms are used that I am not familiar with.
