## What is ECG AI?

Experience the next level of heart health monitoring with our cutting-edge ECG analysis app. Seamlessly sync your Apple Watch ECG readings for in-depth analysis that goes beyond the surface. Our advanced algorithms detect and interpret ECG waves, providing comprehensive insights into your heart's rhythm, including P, QRS, and T waves, as well as QTc intervals.

With enhanced functionality, you can now visualize the average template beat, edit its delineation, and track key intervals like P, QRS, T, and QTc. The app also provides powerful tools for heart rate variability (HRV) analysis, including both frequency and time domain views, along with a Poincare Plot to explore HRV trends in a unique way. Additionally, the HRV histogram helps you understand the distribution of heart rate variability over time.

The Signal View now displays the duration of each detected interval (e.g., P, QRS, T) in milliseconds (ms), making it easier to track and compare these key heart rhythm markers. Customize thresholds for intervals such as P, QRS, QT, and QTc, and receive real-time alerts when your readings fall outside these ranges, helping you manage your heart health more proactively.

Track changes over time and gain a deeper understanding of your heart health journey. Share your ECG data with your healthcare provider for tailored advice and support.

Important: This app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare provider before making any medical decisions or acting on the information provided by this app.

We prioritize your privacy and security, encrypting and securely storing your health information. With easy sharing options, collaborate with your personal physician for tailored advice and support. Take control of your heart's rhythm today with our intelligent ECG analysis app.

Stopped working

### 1/5 — Seems to have stopped working

*2025-04-11*

Redownloaded yesterday and it’s just been “Loading ECGs” in perpetuity

**Developer response:** Dear RigbyDa,

I’m really sorry for the trouble — I know how frustrating it must be to be stuck on the “Loading ECGs” screen. This definitely isn’t the experience we want for you.

I haven’t heard of this specific issue before, so I’d be very interested to understand the circumstances that led to it.

In the meantime, please try a full restart of the app (force quit and reopen). If that doesn’t help, uninstalling and reinstalling (rather than just updating) might resolve the problem.

Has it started working again in the meantime?
Either way, feel free to reach out — I’d be happy to personally help you get this sorted. You can contact us at martin.kropf@ecg.ooo

Thanks again for your patience and for letting us know,
