### 1/5 — Won’t allow me to scan barcode - therefore whole app doesn’t work

I have 2x bars of 5g and yet it tells me it can’t connect to the internet to scan my unique barcode and therefore that’s it. I can’t use this app to record symptoms for my 72hour heart monitor. Paper for me then. Great idea but doesn’t work. Infuriating

I always have my phone with me so having an app rather than a paper form makes sense. It’s so easy to use when recording dizzyness than having to scramble around looking for the paper sheet and a pen. App is nice, clean and easy to use.

Very impressive and well thought out. So much better and environmentally friendly than having to fill out paper diaries that usually get misplaced!
