### 4/5 — Good but wish there was permanent subscription

*2026-07-23, version 1.17*

The app is good but every health app these days wants a $60 yearly subscription and there’s only so many subscriptions I can justify having

### 5/5 — Invaluable.

*2026-06-27*

I actually believe it may have saved my life. A cardiologist didn’t take me seriously at first, when I told him that my heart behaved weirdly after playing badminton. I’m a fit’ish 57 yr old 65kg woman, never smoked, play badminton several hours per week, so not an at risk profile. Only had cursory tests not under effort. My GP recommended that a télécharge the ECG app. It wasn’t long before it picked up AFib. Went back to the cardiologist with print outs. I was put in medication for occasional AFib. Then I had it last for 4 days without let up. I’ve literally just come out of hospital after an ablation. So yes, to say this application is incredibly worthwhile and useful is a huge understatement.

### 5/5 — Easy, Fast & Complete

*2026-06-27, version 1.16.1*

My Apple Watch Ultra 3 records regular ecg’s for me. It’s very informative and the ai is detail oriented with even nuances in the analysis. I recommend its usefullness.

### 5/5 — La mejor APP

*2026-06-23, version 1.16*

Gracias a esta app yo he podido lograr miles de beneficios a mi corzon de no ser así no hubiese detectado nunca cuando empieza mi FA

### 5/5 — Heart failure

### 5/5 — ECG+ | your watchECG

*2026-06-11*

This is an amazing app. I’ve had AF for years, and I’ve been up and down to the hospital about it. And for the first time I’ve been able to bring evidence of my AF and how it affects my life. The only slight glitch.(which is probably me not understanding how to set it.) is that it takes a long time for it to register, over a day) i’m sure it’s probably my settings and I don’t quite know how to make it a bit more instant. Put more credit to the people who designed it it is a brilliant app..

### 3/5 — Sehr gute App, aber schlechtes Preismodell

*2026-06-10*

### 5/5 — Product Maturity is Exceptional, Excellence in action, Data is Knowledge

*2026-05-20*

I recognized the value in this app. as an early adopter. Having been a Paramedic for many, many years. The developers are truly pushing and advancing the data and its history to new levels which amaze me and inform my life decisions.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Don’t work

*2026-07-16, version 1.10*

Don’t download

### 1/5 — Was better before

*2026-07-04, version 1.16.1*

The app worked great until this most recent update. Now it doesn’t even catch things and it misses a lot when it identifies potential PACs and PVCs. And of course the app gets worse after I pay for the yearly subscription

### 1/5 — Update

*2026-06-24*

Updated this morning and can’t play my recordings anymore. It closes the app out. Was happy with app up to this point. Will cancel subscription and delete now

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the problem. Version 1.16.1 has fixed the playback crash, and given the feature a refreshed new design.

### 1/5 — Best ever then just black

*2026-06-04, version 1.15.2*

It was the best app now it’s just a black screen

### 1/5 — Cannot contact support

*2026-05-31, version 1.15.2*

Let’s stop doing this where we can click every other option on the page with ease but contact support doesn’t work. ECG reads were inconsistent to begin with.

### 1/5 — Lacks transparency

*2026-05-18, version 1.15*

I spent $60 only to find out AFTER the my Apple Watch can’t support the ECG app.

### 1/5 — Actively putting free features behind paywall

*2026-04-23, version 1.14.1*

The developers seemingly are moving what used to be free features behind their subscription paywall, such as PAC burden.

### 1/5 — EKG

*2026-04-16, version 1.13*

Doesn’t work after paying for a year

### 1/5 — don’t waste ur money

*2026-03-30, version 1.13*

every single time i have tried i get poor recording. i’ve cleaned the watch my wrist held it still as could be and cannot get a reading no matter what i do. huge disappointment and now out $15

### 1/5 — Paywall everywhere

*2026-03-20*

Everything is locked behind a paywall, even automated QTc (which you get for free with Qaly) useless app.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. It’s not sustainable for us, unfortunately, to provide the app for free, but we will review the pricing policy. Thanks

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2026-08-17, version 1.17.3*

Like to be able to use watch and able to write a report. The details of reading 👍

### 5/5 — Artifacts in AI interpretation?

*2026-08-17*

This is a great app and has brought me extraordinary reassurance after some unresolved arrhythmia events that landed me in the emergency room two weeks ago. After many studies, including echocardiograms and Holter, my heart seems ok pending a CT angiography. We hope the cause is something like vagus nerve irritation from my hiatal hernia. Anyway, on the extended AI reports, I sometimes see a reference to “beats labeled PAC or PVC”, but on the strip they’re all labeled R and it’s a ‘normal’ strip without OVC or PAC flags. Is this reference to “beats marked PAC” where none exist an AI hallucination? I’m happy to contribute my recordings to your QA team if it’s helpful.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, Sarah, and best wishes for your heart health.
The mismatch info you observed is likely due to a newer version correcting some false (wrong) findings mis-identified by an older version, but AI has kept some residual info. If you can email us hello@ecg.plus, we are happy to confirm this for you. Thanks.

### 5/5 — My Benefits

*2026-08-16*

I have been experiencing some medicine related arrhythmias with dizziness and poor balance. This ECG reader has really helped me a lot in narrowing down the suspected medication’s that might be causing my arrhythmias.

Initially, my cardiologist was initially reluctant about the efficacy of this app; however, I believe he has seen that is that it has been helpful in my situation.

### 5/5 — Jamie

*2026-08-10, version 1.17.2*

### 5/5 — Good

*2026-08-06*

Beautiful UI, but a little too expensive

### 5/5 — Very useful

*2026-07-23, version 1.17*

I’m not an MD, but have a technical scientific background and love how much data this shows. Much more useful than standard Apple health metrics. A relative (who is an MD) has even used the data to advocate for a full 12 lead before.

### 5/5 — ECG +

*2026-07-09*

Very good experience

### 5/5 — ECG+|ECG READER

*2026-07-02, version 1.16.1*

Helpful advice for staying on top of your heart ♥️

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-06-29, version 1.16.1*

This is the only ecg app I trust. Had an issue with the app and after I reached out they fixed it so quickly. They really helped after my preeclampsia. Easy to understand and much more reasonable pricing than anywhere else

### 5/5 — Sheik sakander
