If you want to know as much as possible then it’s good, but if you’re looking for a little less detail there isn’t an option for that. L'app è fatta molto bene, ci sono dei pacchetti che contengono molti casi delle varie aritmie e patologie come l'infarto miocardico, la fibrillazione atriale, il flutter, i blocchi AV ecc... Purtroppo devo dare una recensione negativa a causa del fatto che, esclusi i pacchetti infarto miocardico ed asistolia, tutti gli altri sono a pagamento. Non vengo a pretendere che tutto sia gratuito ma che almeno ci sia un caso gratis per ogni pacchetto (NB ogni caso clinico costa 10€ su una media per ogni pacchetto di 20 casi!) Might be dangerous to try and learn with this tool because the answers are wrong. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-04-15* This app asks you to identify infarct locations with out giving you a 12-lead view. This app lacks a basic understanding of 12-lead ECG interpretation and is leading people to believe they know what they’re looking at. It has potential but it was obviously designed by someone that lacks understanding of cardiology and ECG recognition. ### 1/5 — Mistake *2017-06-24, version 1.9* Good aplication but there is a lot of mistake. After the update, it could be buy. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2016-10-17, version 1.9* This app had a great potential to be useful but it is poorly designed. There is no instruction on how to use the app and even on the 3 lead ECG mode, you're expected to click on findings from a 12 lead ECG, eg AV blocks, LVH/RVH. Even the options are ill-designed, eg clicking "premature ventricular contractions" will give you a star but not "PVC" in the same options list! The worst feature is the solutions where they give 2 answers when 6 were sought. If you are seeking an app that would boost your confidence in interpreting ECGs, this is not it. All this app does is demoralise. ### 1/5 — Good potential *2016-09-01, version 1.62* Very unusual methodology. In a case of A-fib with RVR and multifocal PVC's the only right answers would be very benign answers like aberrant conduction delay with right ventricular hypertrophy. Just strange. Also with only one line it’s not possible to determine if it’s a left or right block or in case of ST Elevation in case of heart attack or subarachnoidal bleeding.
