## What is ECG Tracker+ EKG Reader HRV?

Your Apple Watch ECGs, analyzed on your iPhone by models we trained ourselves. No cloud. No accounts. No data leaves the device.

ECG Tracker+ imports your ECG recordings from the Health app and gives you a deeper read than the watch alone — sharper QT measurements, clearer rhythm context, and findings highlighted right on the waveform.

———————————

OUR OWN ON-DEVICE ECG MODELS
We spent weeks training a family of in-house ECG models on large, expert-annotated public datasets. Tuned to run fully on-device by harnessing the power of Apple Silicon, they bring sharper P, Q, R, S, T placement and cleaner QT measurements — especially on noisy Apple Watch traces where the previous pipeline used to back off.

NEW EVENTS WE NOW FLAG
• Bigeminy and trigeminy — repeating premature-beat patterns
• Possible VT run — three or more consecutive premature ventricular beats
• Wide QRS / possible bundle branch block — when QRS duration ≥120 ms
• T-wave inversion — negative T-wave polarity on the representative beat

Every finding appears on the library card and is highlighted directly on the waveform.

MEASUREMENTS THAT MATTER
• HRV — rMSSD and SDNN, with trend comparisons over weeks and months
• QT and QTc — multiple correction formulas, manual override when you need it
• QRS duration, PR interval, RR interval
• Heart rate ranges and signal quality scoring

TRENDS YOU CAN ACTUALLY READ
Compare the last 30 days against the previous period. Spot drifts in heart rate, HRV, and QTc at a glance. Tap any data point to jump straight to that recording.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE
All analysis runs on-device. No cloud, no servers, no accounts. Your ECGs never leave your iPhone. Delete the app and the data goes with it.

EXPORT CLEAN PDF REPORTS
Share a clinically-formatted PDF of any recording with your doctor — waveform, measurements, notes, and symptom tags all in one document.

———————————

Download ECG Tracker+ and get more out of every ECG your Apple Watch records.

ECG Tracker+ is an informational measurement tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

### 1/5 — $90 is a ripoff for an ai built app

*2026-08-10*

Apparently it’s AI generated, not thoughtfully built and a few features are directly copied from other apps. AI should be used to create something better, more original, not just reproduce what’s already there, that is morally wrong

The biggest issue for me is the $90 price, for such a low effort app it’s hard to justify. At this price I would expect a genuinely distinctive app with lots of thought

**Developer response:** Thanks for giving ECG Tracker+ another try. We noticed that your previous review was subsequently removed by Apple.

Just to clarify for anyone reading, ECG Tracker+ is independently designed and developed, with many months of work behind its features, ECG analysis, and overall user experience.

If there is a specific feature or experience you feel could be improved, please use Contact Support in the app and send us the details. We’re always happy to investigate specific feedback and continue improving the app.

### 1/5 — Lack originality, too vibe

*2026-08-09*

A typical sample of a.i. vibe app:
New account + new app + feature copy paste

So many

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. ECG Tracker+ is independently designed and developed from the ground up, with many months of work behind its features, ECG analysis, and user experience.

Since the review focuses mainly on general claims about how the app was created rather than a specific problem encountered while using it, it’s difficult for us to understand what we could address. If you’ve experienced a particular issue, please use Contact Support in the app and send us the details. We’re always happy to investigate specific feedback and improve where we can.

### 1/5 — Highly inspired by ECG+

*2026-08-04*

Unfortunately accuracy is way off, too many false positives

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. We’re glad users have a choice between different ECG apps. Healthy competition and independent alternatives are good for users and encourage every developer in this space to keep improving.

ECG Tracker+ is independently designed and developed from the ground up, with many months of work behind its features, ECG analysis, and overall experience.

This is the first time we’ve received this specific concern about frequent false positives, and we’d genuinely like to understand it better. If you encountered results you believe were incorrect, please use Contact Support in the app and share the relevant details. That would allow us to investigate the recordings properly and determine whether anything needs improvement.

### 5/5 — Really useful data

*2026-06-16*

Great app with more detailed data than Apple gives. Presented in a clear way and a great looking UI

**Developer response:** Thanks! We're really glad the app is meeting your expectations. We've got some big things planned and are already working on them, so there's more to come!

### 5/5 — Simple but very detailed

*2026-04-20*

If you’re interested in your health stats, this app feels simple and elegant while still offering plenty of detail about your heartbeat. It provides valuable extra information compared to Apple’s own ECG app and works as a great companion to Apple’s Health app.

### 1/5 — Why copycat?

*2026-03-13*

Apparently this app copied the other ecg+ app, with many features and even wordings being nearly identical. So app name has to be something+? seriously?

**Developer response:** Thanks for the opinion. Heart-health apps often share similar terminology and certain core features because they work with the same underlying ECG concepts and data. Our priority is to build a polished, useful experience with continuous improvements and real value for users. We respect other apps in the category and are focused on letting our product speak for itself.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-08-08

Version 1.2 introduces a newly trained second generation of on-device ML models, more reliable Apple Watch syncing, and improvements shaped by your feedback.

SECOND-GENERATION ON-DEVICE ML MODELS

For this generation, we expanded and refined the training data with many more noise-affected recordings from labeled public ECG datasets. We focused on motion artifacts, difficult waveform shapes, and borderline beats the previous analysis could mistake for possible findings. This more demanding training mix helps the newly trained models filter noise-driven false positives while preserving the signal patterns behind well-supported possible findings.

The updated pipeline combines evidence across P waves, QRS complexes, QT and QTc, T-wave shape, rhythm patterns, beat classification, and signal quality. When a recording does not provide enough reliable information, ECG Tracker+ is more willing to leave a result unavailable instead of forcing an answer.

In our internal benchmarks, the updated pipeline produced up to five times fewer false-positive possible PAC and PVC highlights than the previous version. Several supported measurement estimates also showed improved accuracy against benchmark references.

These benchmark results do not guarantee the same improvement for every ECG. Performance depends on recording quality, signal noise, movement, and individual waveform characteristics.

Your saved ECGs will refresh automatically in the background using the updated on-device pipeline.

BETTER APPLE WATCH SYNC

The Apple Watch companion app and iPhone sync now recover more reliably after temporary disconnects, with clearer progress when transfers resume.

IMPROVEMENTS REQUESTED BY YOU

• Choose your preferred QTc correction formula. Your selection updates across the Library, ECG Detail, Beat Morphology, Trends, and PDF reports.

• Combine possible findings with measurement ranges for more precise Library filtering.

• Open the expanded waveform display to inspect small details without losing your place.

Thank you to everyone who contacted us with ideas and thoughtful feedback. Your suggestions continue to shape ECG Tracker+. We are grateful for your trust and for choosing ECG Tracker+.
