## What is eChannelling Pro?

The below features are available:

◉ View Hospital Sessions
- Get a quick view of the number of sessions scheduled at the different hospitals

◉ Upcoming and Completed appointments
- View the patient’s name, date, and time of all your upcoming and completed appointments
- You can also start an upcoming appointment and initiate a chat from this section

◉ Chat and Video Call
- A chatting facility for a quick dialogue with your patient and the option for video calling

◉ Share files (Reports/Prescriptions etc.)
- You can share reports and prescriptions directly from the application with the patient

◉ View chat history
- A facility to view past conversations and files shared
