Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre eine Benachrichtigung falls ein Ladesäule die ich als Favorit eingetragen habe, wieder zur Verfügung steht. I like to check the status of the charging points to see if they are available and operational. The app helps with this. Overall, it’s pretty unstable. If you plug in first and then try to start charging, it frequently crashes. Right now, it has a bug where it shows charging was stopped, even though it’s still charging. Thank goodness my car app gives me the real story. Feature Enhancement: Offer notifications when your charging station is available. Please note: I am only rating the app. The charging station software from this company is complete junk and would only get two stars. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. Bei meiner Frau ist das Problem ebenfalls aufgetreten. Das ist sehr nervig. Bitte schnell mit dem nächsten Update abstellen. **Developer response:** Hallo, danke für den Hinweis! Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass die meisten Probleme beim Laden ein Software und kein Hardware Problem sind. Ich hab den Eindruck, dass die Anzeige was gerade aktuell passiert super unzuverlässig ist. Ich verwende einen bereits hinterlegten Vertrag, der bisher problemlos funktioniert hat. Nach dem Update werden jedoch keinerlei Anbieter mehr angezeigt, obwohl sich an meinem Vertrag nichts geandert hat. Dadurch war es mir heute nicht möglich, einen Ladevorgang zu starten. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, wenn man unterwegs auf die App angewiesen ist. Ich hoffe auf eine schnelle Fehlerbehebung und ein zeitnahes Update, das die Funktionalität wiederherstellt. ### 2/5 — Ist ok vor Ort *2026-05-27, version 2.3.10* Ansich schon ziemlich gut. Allerdings bietet es keine Routenplanung, was längere Strecken schwieriger gestaltet auch werden die im Vertrag angegebenen Preise nicht mit aufgeführt. Ab und zu gab es Probleme, dass gemeldet wurde es gäbe keine Internetverbindung, diese war aber bestehen. ### 4/5 — Sehr gut aber mit Macken. *2026-05-23, version 2.3.10* Die App ist sehr gut aber nicht perfekt. Mir sind 2 Fehler aufgefallen. 1. In der App habe ich meine Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Wenn ich mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen möchte, muss ich die Kreditkartendaten trotzdem erneut eingeben. 2. bei der Anmeldung am PayPal-Konto muss ich mich für das Feld „Mailadresse“ und für das Feld „Passwort“ zweimal in der Passwort-App authentifizieren. Es ist Zeitraubend, vor allem wenn es regnet. Das Design ist gut. Man findet sich schnell zurecht. ### 3/5 — Umständlich *2026-05-18, version 2.3.10* Seit letzter Zeit kann man nicht mehr mit dem Handy den QR Code scannen und muß stattdessen immer von Hand die Ladestationsnummer eingeben was sehr umständlich ist. Am Handy liegt es nicht.
