Seldom are the videos for the goals and saves of the week available to view despite the site indicating they are available. Frustrating. The home button is all the way at the bottom of the phone where the other buttons all look OK. The settings button doesn’t work when you press it directly. I mean come on guys, for being a AA hockey league, just 2 steps from the NHL, your app seems like a 3 year old designed and created it. Just fix stuff regularly. ### 1/5 — Upgrade = Downgrade *2019-10-26, version 12.4.1* The new upgrade looks cool until you actually start using the app. I cannot return to the previous page. I can only close where I am...then I have to start over at home. For example, if I’m looking at a team, then at a player of that team, I’d much prefer to go back to the team when I’m done looking at the player...not al the way back to the home screen. The roster should default to the current season not some other random season or preseason. Shutting down the iPhone for one minute, then turning it on, does not improve the app performance. ### 1/5 — I have to delete and reload app to open. *2024-10-20, version 13.17.0* I was hoping the app would be fixed over the summer but the problem still exists. It’s been over a year ### 1/5 — Echl apt. Is the worst *2024-04-23, version 13.13.0* IYears ago it was dependable now it is not. Over 80 percent of the time have to cancel and re-loaded. The ECHL needs to look at an upgraded so it can be used without reloading it because the screen goes blank when the ECHL has updates or news flashes it is an embarrassment. You have something like this. That ten of thousands of followers have the same problem but yet the ECHL or whoever runs the program doesn’t do anything to upgrade it knowingly that we have to use it as it is to get information. ### 1/5 — An app that is disgusting. *2023-12-17* Worst App I ever seen. Half the time always resetting it. Goes to a blank screen and has nothing there to read and years past it never did this. I can see why. It was a two star rating now it should be a star rating. Only reason I use it is follow the Greenville Swamp rabbits It is disgusting, and should be embarrassing to the people that created this app and run it. ### 1/5 — App not working *2023-11-25, version 13.12.0* After loading app open once, then won’t open again. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-11-16, version 13.12.0* I download the app, use it once and when I try to go back I get a blank white screen. So I remove the app, reinstall it, and can use it again…..one time. Then get the blank screen. You’d think a third tier hockey league trying to grow exposure would get an app that works. I am disappointed that the Highlights button on games currently does not work, because it would be really nice to be able to watch highlights on the app, but overall this is definitely a 5-star rating because of the endless information I can view. Works great. It crashes often enough on both our iphone 12s that we have to shut off the phone, wait a bit then power it back on and launch the app again. We’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling but that didn’t help. Both our phones have the latest iOS installed.
