I have spent hours trying to extract the Summary to something I can use whether it be MS Word, Google, or simply email. Nothing works. Why isn’t the Summary its own product within the app that can then be forwarded, etc. So incredibly disappointed in this. I wish I had not spent the $ for this app.

I have been using for meetings and other study material. It has been a great tool to speed up the process and does an excellent job of summarizing, identifying action items, and allow forward planning.

When they say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. After updating the app I lost all my folders and previous notes. When generating a new note an error message populates, when creating a folder an error message populates. Good thing I updated before my subscription renewal.

Мы также не рекомендуем использовать приложение длительное время без интернета, так как важно нажать «Generate Notes» вскоре после окончания записи, чтобы избежать риска потери заметки. i had been using echo for several months and it worked flawlessly… until this week

when i ask it to record and summarize and send the summarization to an email account, the summaries vanish from my phone like they were never there

I use it quite often at my church. Love that I can record the Spanish service and when I get home I listen to what was preached. I wish I can understand it when they speak but this is the next best thing. I like that it explains what the service is about. Highly recommended!
