Сказал "привет, как дела" и эту фразуон переводил в текст очень долго. Без интернета походу вообще не работает.

**Developer response:** Спасибо за отзыв. Echo позволяет записывать аудио без подключения к интернету, однако для создания расшифровки и заметок требуется подключение к сети. Мы также не рекомендуем использовать приложение длительное время без интернета, так как важно нажать «Generate Notes» вскоре после окончания записи, чтобы избежать риска потери заметки. Если обработка занимает слишком много времени даже при стабильном подключении, это не является ожидаемым поведением. i had been using echo for several months and it worked flawlessly… until this week

when i ask it to record and summarize and send the summarization to an email account, the summaries vanish from my phone like they were never there

i am now having second thoughts about this application

I like the AI Notes it produces, however it doesn’t offer the ability to be able to access the notes online via laptop or desktop and its not an app that can downloaded to the same desktop/laptop so that the notes can be accessible on any device.  It would also be great if this app can also be downloaded to any apple or PC laptop/desktop so that user can turn those into note taking device similar to recording and generating notes through a mobile phone.

I’ve used this for quite some time using my iPhone without issue. Very reliable. But I needed to use it on my desktop. When I clicked “Generate Notes,” it just spun while reading “Uploading.” It never uploaded.

I’ve been using this app weekly to take notes from meetings. And it’s been wonderful. But the recent update I’ve lost the ability to export PDFs of the notes and that has become extremely frustrating. It will only allow you to export PDFs of the full transcript and that’s not helpful.

Didn’t transcribe much at all!! I used this for 2 cultural meetings. It summarized a couple or phrases and that’s it. Horrible. Paid a whole year upfront and they won’t refund. 
Clue to me should have been no free trial period!!!

I have spent hours trying to extract the Summary to something I can use whether it be MS Word, Google, or simply email. Nothing works. Why isn’t the Summary its own product within the app that can then be forwarded, etc. So incredibly disappointed in this. I wish I had not spent the $ for this app.

When they say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. After updating the app I lost all my folders and previous notes. When generating a new note an error message populates, when creating a folder an error message populates. Good thing I updated before my subscription renewal.

I’ve only used this to analyze one audio clip, which was just over 7 mins long. Wouldn’t even show me the transcript. When you try to copy the transcript, download it, or even just scroll through and read it, you can’t because the app freezes as soon as you open the transcript. And depending how you try to access the transcript, which say - if you do it from the drop down menu, that freezes the app before you even reach the transcript. And they want me to pay 89$ when it doesn’t even work?

I cannot find my recording anywhere now except under 'full transcript'. Which is stupid because a recording is not a transcript so it shouldn't be buried there in the first place.

Additionally, I can't find a way to share the recording. I have always been able to share the audio recording...until now. This is not intuitive. This has been frustrating all day. I do not need someone to write me back and tell me you apologize. Just fix it. And get user experience feedback before launching another terrible update. I'd like my money back frankly

If I could read a zero, it would be a -0 at this moment I just recorded an important 45 minute meeting using the technology and for some reason it glitched out and even though it was showing recording it only captured three minutes of a very important meeting. Do not trust this technology it will let you down.

I use it quite often at my church. Love that I can record the Spanish service and when I get home I listen to what was preached. I wish I can understand it when they speak but this is the next best thing. I like that it explains what the service is about. Highly recommended!
