## What is echo charlie?

There's never been an easier way to improve communication across your organization so people get to the right place, the fastest way possible.

Thanks to the web-based structure, it can be used across platforms. Regardless of whether a tablet or a desktop is needed.

The call input consists of a selectable person (e.g. dentist XY or optician), who is called to the desired room (e.g. treatment chair no. 3 or room for visual acuity test).

Preconfigured or individual messages are sent at the push of a button. Additional people, materials or rooms can be freely configured.

… tailored to your needs.
If desired, the call can also be sent to a smart watch via a push message. Thus, the doctor or service provider also has control and an overview of which patient / customer is in the waiting area from the back office or while working. Or doctor XY discreetly sees which patient has been placed in the next operating theatre.
